前言P RELIMINARY

本文作为“静态电子轨道衡合同”的附件，详细说明设备的技术规范。

This document is the annex of the “Static electronic rail weighbridge of the contract”, and defines th e technical specifications of the equipment.

圣戈班位于江苏省徐州市，对于它的新的大口径管道工厂来说需要五台静态电子轨道衡。

For its new Large Diameter Pipe Plant, located in the city of Xuzhou, province of JIANGSU, SAINT-GOBAIN needs five Static electronic rail weighbridges

这项投资是大口径管道工厂加工制造的重要设备之一，并且其必须符合圣戈班所提供的技术规范。

This investment is an important part of equipment for the manufacturing in the Large Diameter Pipe Plant and must satisfy all of SAINT-GOBAIN’s hereafter technical specifications.

供应商应为这类设备的专业人士并且它在合同中所述的项目范围内的初步研究，设计，施工，运输，装配，启动，调试运行以及其他所有方面都具有专业技能和充足的资源来实现（和/或已经实现）。

The Supplier positions himself as a specialist in this kind of equipment and asserts that he has all the skills and necessary resources to carry out (and / or have carried out) the preliminary study, the design, the construction, the transport, the assembly, start-up, commissioning operations and all other parts of the scope of the project that the Supplier is responsible for as described in this Contract.

The Supplier is responsible for providing the following turn-key services : preliminary study, design, manufacture, transport, unloading and placing in readiness, construction, assembly, start-up, commissioning operations and guarantee of the following supplying :

供应商执行在其责任范围内所有的服务。供应商精确地了解关于此类电动抓料机的所有技术和工业约束以及跟上技术发展水平。

The Supplier will carry out all the services under his own responsibility. The Supplier knows exactly all the technical and industrial constraints concerning this type of the Electric grabbing material machine and will satisfy the state of the art.

供应商执行在其责任范围内所有的服务。供应商精确地了解关于此类电动静态电子轨道衡的所有技术和工业约束以及跟上技术发展水平。

The Supplier will carry out all the services under his own responsibility. The Supplier knows exactly all the technical and industrial constraints concerning this type of the Static electronic rail weighbridge and will satisfy the state of the art.

该设备是用来称量废钢(或废管片)。称量废钢工序是否能及时有效地完成将对生产产生直接的影响，因此承包商的供货必须有最大的可靠性保证，以防止由于轨道衡故障对生产造成影响。
