大学食堂低碳环保设计

摘要

民以食为天,作为与人们生产、生活密切相关的食堂其所占有的能源利用比率在一所大学、企事业单位等机构中有不可忽视的重要地位。食堂,作为较为接近当代大学生日常生活的重要机构其能用利用情况有必要列入大学生观察分析思考的范围。低碳这个理念被提出以后一直受到社会各界以及各行各业的关注。设计有着文化产业的属性,了解并树立低碳文化的理念,既是人类发展、社会进步的需要,也是“设计”这个行业转型发展的必经之路。把设计文化产业塑造成“低碳”良性发展的合理模式,始终把可能对环境与资源造成的损坏降低在一个能够控制的安全范围内。低碳绿色理念的诉求及其引发的相应市场,将进一步的促进设计的理念更新,生态转型,空间拓展。本文主要介绍了大学食堂的一些浪费的现状,并且阐述了低碳环保设计的概念,给出了建设低碳大学食堂的一些建议和措施。

Abstract

Food is, as production and people, life is closely related to the canteen in its possession energy utilization ratio in the colleges and universities, enterprises and other institutions have an important position can not be ignored. Canteen, its institutions closer to the everyday life of contemporary college students can take advantage of the situatio n need to include college students to observe the range of analytical thinking. Low-carbon concept is proposed has been the concern of the community and all walks of life. Design of property has cultural industries, understand and establish the concept of low-carbon culture, both human development, social progress, but also "design" the only way this industry transformation and development. Shaping the design of cultural industries into the sound development of "low carbon" reasonable mode, always reduce the possible damage on the environment and resources in a controlled safe range. The aspirations of the concept of low-carbon green, and resulting market, will further promote the concept of design updates ecological transformation of space to expand. This paper describes the current situation of the university canteens some waste, and elaborated the concept of low-carbon eco-design, and gives some suggestions and measures of the construction of low-carbon university canteen.
