中小企业的经营发展战略研究——以虎威公司为例

摘要：改革开放以来，中小企业以其自身的特色经营更能适应当今瞬息万变的市场和消费者追求个性化、潮流化的要求，从而保持较为迅速的发展，成为国民经济发展的一支重要力量。而入世到一个阶段以来，中小企业在长期的经营发展中，其自身存在的弊端初露端倪，中小企业由于自身的因素面临着内外环境带来的融资难、技术创新不足等一系列的问题和挑战，使得中小企业在新的时期有必要做出新的战略选择，不断的探索、研究，以便能够充分发挥自身的优势，扬长避短，抓住机遇，迎接挑战，存进企业的持续快速发展。本文主要以虎威公司为例，通过对中小企业的发展成就和虎威公司进行介绍后，重点对中小企业的经营发展优劣势以及其经营发展中面临的机遇和挑战进行分析，进而做出新的战略选择，保证企业的持续快速健康发展。

Abstract:Since reform and opening up their own small and medium-sized business can adapt to the characteristics of today's rapidly changing markets and consumers seeking personalized, the trend of the request, thereby to maintain a relatively rapid development, economic development has become an important force. 引言

自改革开放以来，中小企业以其自身的特色经营保持较为迅速的发展，成为国民

经济发展的一支重要力量。由于其自身的优势更能适应当今瞬息万变的市场和消费者

追求个性化、潮流化的要求，因而包括发达国家在内的世界各国经济中，中小企业都

有着举足轻重的地位，发挥着不可替代的作用。但是，中小企业在长期的经营发展过

程中，其自身存在的弊端初步端倪，在一定程度上严重制约中小企业的发展。特别是

入世到一个阶段，中小企业由于自身的因素更是面临着内外环境带来的融资难、技术

创新不足及产业集群不明显等一系列的问题和挑战，使得中小企业在新的时期有必要

做出新的战略选择，以保证企业自身的持续快速发展。本文主要以虎威公司为例，从

中小企业经营发展的优劣势、中小企业面临的机遇和挑战以及中小企业在新的时期做

出的新的战略选择三个部分进行分析，着重对中小企业的经营发展进行战略研究。

一、中小企业相关理论概述

（一）中小企业的内涵

中小企业在理论上就是中型和小型规模的企业，其特征通常表现为：企业资产规

模不大、销售额不大、从业人员不多、管理跨度较小。不同国家针对不同时期经济发

展的特点，对中小企业进行了具体的界定。界定通常从质的标准和量的标准两个角度

进行。在质的标准方面，主要是从企业资本来源、企业治理结构、企业目标、企业的

法律形式等方面进行的。在量的标准方面，选取的指标主要有企业人数、企业资本额

和年营业额等。就我国而言，根据2002年6月颁布的《中华人民共和国中小企业促

进法》规定，中小企业是指在中华人民共和国境内依法设立的有利于满足社会需要，

增加就业，符合国家产业政策，生产经营规模属于中小型的各种所有制和各种形式的

企业。

（二）中小企业的地位

自改革开放以来，中小企业在活跃城乡经济、提供就业机会、促进国民经济发展等

方面发挥了巨大的作用，为我国的经济发展做出了巨大的贡献，成为推动国民经济发展、构造市场经济主体，促进社会稳定的基础力量，是我国经济持续、快速、健康发
