Attach either the sensing head or the magnetic base by screwing it into the vibration sensor. Measurements1. Press the MODE button to step through and set the function (velocity or acceleration) and theunits desired.2. For non-ferrous surfaces, gently hold the meter (as shown) with the sensing head against thevibrating surface.3. For ferrous surfaces, attach the meter to the surface with the magnetic mount.4. Press the HOLD button again to exit and return to normal operationZero Adjustment ProcedureOver time the meter ‘0” may drift by a few digits. This is caused by temperature change, battery voltage and other ageing factors. Usually this small change is not of significance for typical measurements. To remove the error: 1. Open the battery compartment2. Hold the battery lid down so contact is made and the meter can be turned on.3. 1.2 介绍GDQJ-II是一台三通道数字记录器。

当配置一台三分量力平衡加速度计(传感器)时组成一套数字强震仪。

可选GPS时间系统和MODEM远程拨号系统。

GDQJ-II数字记录器包含三通道24bit模-数转换器。

采样率为50sps,100sps,200sps和400sps。

在采样率为200sps时提供大约120dB 动态范围。

降低采样率可以提高动态范围。

记录器具有8Mb(4M字)事件存储能力。

一般的讲,其工作原理是:传感器捡拾地面运动加速度信号,记录器连续地监视这些信号,看其是否满足地震事件检测临界(触发条件)。

当信号满足触发条件时,记录器在事件存储器上记录一个事件文件。

事件文件数据可以经过MODEM和公用电话网远程收取,也可以在现场通过直接电缆收取。

记录器也可以实时传送一个连续的数字数据流。

为了收取和处理数据,需要一个IBM兼容的PC机,运行Windows98,Windows 2000或Windows NT 4.0操作系统。

记录器安装在一个防水机箱内。

内部包括:·记录器电路板(三块)。

·浮充电蓄电池(12V,12Ah)。

·GPS时间系统OEM电路板。

仪器前面板有:·三分量力平衡加速度计(传感器)连接器。

·辅助口连接器,可提供高级特性。

操作说明 一.控制器说明: 本控制器全铁盒封闭,具有控制安全,操作简单,易懂. 1. 电源开关:电源开关为红色船形按钮,控制面板印有"ON"开,"OFF"关字样,按向"ON"方向为开,这时开 关内指示灯会亮,(5000HZ除外)表示电源接通,按向"OFF"为关. 2. 功能开关:波型选择为一绿色般形按钮,控制面板上印有“全波”、“半波”字样,按向“全波”方向为打 开,可进行有关功能调节输出的运行,按向“半波”方向,只能做半波功能调节器的功能输出(L型除外) 3. 三轴开关:三轴开关也为一绿色船形按钮,上方印有"水平"(X.Z轴)"垂直"(Y轴)字样,按向"垂 直"方向为垂直输出,按向"水平"方向为水平输出.(根据机型来决定). 4. 微调调幅调节:为一黑色圆形调节旋钮,上方有指示旋钮位置的刻度线,顺时针旋转可调大 振幅,反之减小.(F型以上控制器微调调幅调节0-10刻度为微调). 5. 功能调节控制器:它是振动机工作中枢所在,不同型号其构造,操作皆不相同,详见相应操作设 定,通过其操作可作多种功能的运行. 6. 电源插座:在控制箱后部,采用带保险的三芯扁插座,以前为电流保险丝座. 7.冲击功能:采用具有四芯孔的航空接头座,在冲击功能时把波型选择按向全波时输出, 垂直,水平台面都可对接.再通过幅度调节来调节振幅. 8. 垂直输出:采用具有四芯孔的航空接头座,在波型选择按向“全波”及三轴开关打到垂直方 向时有输出,对应接到控制箱后部接垂直台机的垂直输出口. 9.水平输出:在控制箱后部,采用具有四芯孔的航空接头座,在波型选择按向“全波”,三轴开关选择为 水平方向时有输出,对应接水平台机的水平输出口. 10.485通讯口:采用485通讯接口,在配置有电脑操作的机种中才有输出. 二。台面说明: 1.台体积:标准台面面积为50×50CM,高度16~30cm不等。 2.台面材质:有钢质和铝质两种。 3.台面功能:台面均匀分布25个M10mm的螺丝孔,四边各有10×70mm的长槽便于固定,绑测物体 承重根据型号50~150kg不等。(标准100kg) 4.台面固定:台座采用20~30mm厚的生钢做成。坚固稳定,并配有4个固定柱状橡胶的铁环脚套, 可方便锁装于任何地面。 三、台面测试的方法: 1.放置台面于水平地板上,保证其四脚受力均匀,最好采用锁装脚套加以固定调平。 2.将测试物品用螺丝固定在台面上,或用绑带绑扎固定在台面上。 3.注意调节测试物的重心,使其尽量处于台面的垂直中心线上,以保证振动均匀度。 四、电源要求: 1.电源要求为50/60Hz,220V单相交流电,额定电流7A以上。(5000Hz除外,电源为380V) 2.电源精度:±20%。 3.有良好接地回路。(最好有专一的漏电开关装置单独控制) 五、操作方法及注意事项: 1.确定电源,接上电源线。(注意机器的电源区分,220V与380V的外部进线电源问题) 2.台面连接线接上相应输出口。(垂直输出或水平输出,并注意三轴开关的方向选择) 3.开机前微调调幅调节调至“0”位置。 4.电源开关按向“ON”,即打开电源,指示灯亮。(5000Hz除外) 5.L型调幅输出时,要慢慢旋转幅度调节旋扭,使台面达到所需振幅。 6.功能输出时,主要通过功能调节器输出频率的振幅,此时微调调幅调节旋扭只起到微动调节的作用。 7.调节振幅应注意不可超出机器本身振幅范围,否则会出现失控或异响状况,应立刻停止工作予以更正。 8.正常工作后,或常时间运行,应固定好台面主被测物,以防振动移位造成物件损失。 9.台面不可常时间工作在超载或空载的大振幅状态。 10.控制箱为电源控制部件,决不可承受重物及剧烈振动。 11.工作中切不可拔插任何连接线。 12.控制箱及台面皆有散热孔,任何物流及杂物不可入内。 13.发现异声应立即停机检查,或联络厂家处理后方可继续运行。 六、故障处理: 1.打开电源开关后,灯不亮或控制器无显示,检查电源进线有无接好,保险丝有无安装。 2.L型在调幅输出时,打开功能开关至“ON”,旋转幅度开关无振动,检查输出端子有无接好或接口接错。 3.振幅旋扭开至最大,出现噪音及台面移动,主要原因是工作电流大,而出现振幅失控即超过本 身自我调试的〈5mm之控制,应调小振幅旋扭及调幅控制参数来排除此故障。 4.工作中出现轻微的“嘶嘶”声或明显的不正常现象,应马上停机检查: ①、拆开台面外壳护罩检查振动弹片有无断裂,拆下换上或送厂家维修或量好弹片长宽厚来电厂家寄给贵司换上即可。 ②、螺丝有无松动或脱落,重新固定或拧紧。 ③查看台体内部有无进入异物,清除干净。 vib-出贷-2207-L-07

最后显示重量量(以后的介绍都按 500.0kg/0.1kg 规格)。 由于某种原因使 CB4 不不能正常调试和设定时,可以通过操作来使 CB4 的参数恢复到出厂厂
设定值,具体方方法是:使后背 LOCK 输入入端短接,上电的同时,按住 ESC 键不不放,直至至上显 示窗显示 dEFAuLt 放手手,若干干秒后所有的设置参数都恢复到了了出厂厂值,在 dEFAuLt 显示若干干 秒期间,随时可以通过断电来取消恢复出厂厂值。

Workspace ScreenWorkspace MenuMaster Menu IconThe Monitor Workspace, Windows, and Menus OpenWindows and the Workspace Area:OpenWindows is the name of the Graphic User Interface (GUI) portion of the Solaris Operating System. All user input to Solaris, and output from Solaris to the user, is made via the GUI. All GUI input and output is displayed in the monitor screen. The screen area is called the Workspace or the Desktop. That area of the Workspace that is not covered by a window or menu is called the Workspace background.The Mouse, Mouse Pointer, and Mouse Buttons:The mouse device is the means by which you operate the GUI, control what windows are present in the Workspace and how they are arranged, indicate to the GUI what item of the Workspace shall be active, select function buttons and table and menu items; and specify the point-of-text-entry location.The mouse pointer is a symbol that you can position to any location on the Workspace by moving the mouse device on the mouse pad.The mouse device has three buttons, which you push to:• Specify a location on the Workspace• Indicate a point-of-entry in a text document or a UNIX command• Open a window or menu• Initiate execution of a functionThe mouse buttons are called the Select/left button, the Adjust/middle button, and the Menu/right button. 重演区:由10个重演按键、10个素材按键、10根重演推杆、5个翻页键、3根主控推杆和1个黑场键组成。

重演翻页键有A、B键和1、2、3键,组合起来有6页,每页有10根重演推杆,总共可存储60个场景。

每根重演推杆上方都有一个蓝色的场景键。

重演推杆:用于执行场景的输出与关闭。

如果当前推杆储存有场景,将其从0的位置推起则会输出该场景,并且该场景的调光输出由推杆控制。

每根重演推杆在同一时间只能控制一个场景,所以此控台同时最多输出10个场景。

场景键:在场景编辑菜单下用于配合场景的编辑任务。

在初始菜单下,可用其点控场景,当我们按下场景键时,就会输出其对应的场景。

3-2-3经过上述2步调校误差仍过大,主机自行进入第二阶段之精密调校:MFGCAL,调
校完毕,LCD显示最高频率,主机进入预备测试状态。
3-3自动频率扫描:
3-3-1线性扫描(Linear sweep)
3-3-1-1程式设定按Step键,每按一次Step键换一段别,共1-9段,每段中输入相应
的起始频率、结束频率及此段所需时间,每输入一个参数便回车一次,最后按
3-3-4-4按start键,即依照上述设定程序执行扫描。
3-3-5随机测试(Free Random)
3-3-5-1按AUTO键,选择至Free Random扫描模式。
3-3-5-2按enter键,进入随机测试系统,按数字键输入最高频率上限值。
3-3-5-3按enter键,上限值设定完成,按数字键输入测试时间。
5-2马达绿色线为地线,一定要锁在台面上,否则有漏电危险。
下数字键即完成储存(若此组已有程式则会消除,而存入本程式),若无需储存,
可按Start键执行测试。

对数扫描之操作与线性扫描之操作一样,仅在于扫描模式设定时按数字键2设定本程式
为对数扫描。

分段随机扫描之操作与线性扫描、对数扫描之操作方式一样,仅在扫描模式设定时,按

3-2-1输入最高频率按回车键,,主机即自最低频率5HZ以倍数往最高频率进行调校,调校
完毕,LCD显示最高频率。
3-2-2于上述调校过程中若误差过大,主机自行温机60秒,右侧之LCD显示倒数之秒数,
温机完毕主机再次执行usrcal。

The electrical power supply to the Controller must be made through a customer-supplied safety disconnect switch mounted next to the Controller. Operate the Controller within the specified range in the contracted specifications, or it causes it malfunction, damage and/or shorter life time. Don’t get on and/or put a thing on the controller, or it results injury by fall, and/or damage and/or malfunction of it. Don’t bruise cords and/or leads. Bending by force, pulling, winding and/or clamping them cause fire and/or getting an electric shock by leakage and/or mal-conduction, and/or abnormal operation. Wire the Controller correctly consulting the “Instruction Manual”. Faulty wiring causes damage and/or abnormal operation of it. Before supply the Controller electrical power, check the wiring. The Controller must be grounded properly without fail. Don’t operate it without grounding.

Don’t apply the Controller to a piezo-electric type partsfeeder. Don’t use the Controller where inflammable material exists. It has not an explosion-proof structure. You should fix the regulator firmly on the rigid structure. Otherwise the operator might be injured by falling down and/or abnormal operation of it. Don’t sprinkle the Controller with water and/or submerge it in water, or cause the operator injury and/or get an electric shock. Before performing any maintenance work, such as opening cover, wiring, replacing fuse and etc., the electrical supply must be disconnected at the safety disconnect switch. The electrical circuit inside involves high voltage and the operator should get an electric shock.
