attention to teach you how to solve problems, but the oversea country like USA, they are more likely to teach students how to find problems.
There are four views in the differences.

Chinese high education pays more
attention to technicality(专门性) in a long time and neglect the colleges which focus on vocational education. But in many developed foreign countries, those educational systems take into account both technicality and vocational education.
3.Parents’ opinions
The same thing is the love from
parents but different kinds of expressions.
American’s character is

In general, because there is a big difference between different countries in global world, cultural and educational development, each country forms their own educational system in the long-term development process. There are many differences to compare Chinese educational system with foreign countries.
