对于基础知识问题,要先练后讲,每次讲都练,讲完再练。
2、坚持“主要矛盾”原则班上的学生缺乏词汇掌握,影响了其他个人成绩的提高。

我们努力着眼于以下五点做到夯实基础、凸显能力、滚动提高。
