1、提升药房管理水平

1.1规范药品采购行为。医院药房药品质量的重要保障渠道就是着力规范药品采购行为。医院药房所购进的药品其供应商、生产商必须要具备药品经营生产资格。尤其要优选GMP认证企业生产的药品，建立药品购进与验收制度，要把GSP认证的药品经营企业作为主供货

渠道，所采购的药品必须符合《药品管理法》规定，坚决杜绝购进和销售假冒伪劣药品。药品采购必需专人负责，专人审批，医院其他人员都不得擅自购入药品。

1.2规范药品管理措施。

首先要规范有效期药品管理。认真执行药品有效期登记制度，药房工作人员须定期检查库存药品的有效期，以书面化的形式，列出即将在本月过期的药品，从而为药物的调配使用提供最新的信息。其次要规范药品存贮管理。药品存贮要采取先进先出、推陈贮新的原则，避免发生药品的积压过期的情况，确保医院临床用药的安全性。第三要规范贵重药品的管理。药房必须要清点库存贵重药品数量、使用量，库存贵重药品必须做到登记数量与实际数量数目一致，做到账物相符。第四要规范特殊药品管理。毒、麻药品是药房管理的重点，管理上要实施专用处方、专人负责、专柜保存、专人登记、专用帐册。

1.3强化药库与临床的信息构通机制。

首先要做好新药的宣传工作。药剂科应有效借助计算机和网络的传播信息功能，及时逐一地介绍有关药品信息、国内外用药动态、临床用药以及不良反应等等，从而有效扩大广大医务工作人员对相关药品的认识[2]。在此基础上，还应该建立药物、制剂、药检、科研以及药物不良反应的书面档案;并建立信息库，收集各种药物疗效、新药资料、不良反应以及新的剂型、老药新用、新的给药等方法。其次是接受临床科室的信息反馈。定期与临床医生接触，加强同临床科室的联系，听取一线医务工作人员对药房工作的意见、建议和批评，特别要掌握和了解所供药品的疗效和不良反应，从中收集多方面的信息，使医院药房处于不断调整的状态，从而更好地改进医院药房的工作。
