I'm decent at long jump but some of the taller kids in my class can really soar through the air.No matter what activities we're doing, I give my full effort and energy. I start sweating and get out of breath easily, but I don't even care because I'm having way too much fun to notice! By the time the class ends and we have to head back to our normal academics, I'm wiped out but super happy.P.E. is definitely the highlight of my school week. It's the time where I can take a break from sitting at a desk, clear my mind, and just play freely. Coach Taylor creates an environment that prioritizes being active, building skills, following rules, and most importantly, having a great time. I'm constantly running, jumping, throwing, catching, climbing, and moving my body in ways that feel amazing. Plus, playing games and sports alongside my classmates creates such a fun, lively atmosphere.I really hope P.E. never goes away from schools. It's so important for kids to have a dedicated time during the day to exercise, release energy, and keep ourselves physically fit. Obesity and kids spending too much time staring at screens is a real problem these days. P.E. class motivates me to live an active, healthy lifestyle.
