Business,Business Source Premier (BSP)检索词的分析与选择：柜台交易在英文中称为 Over the Counter transaction , 在金融专业术语中常简称为 OTC，因此应以 OTC 或 Over the Counter transaction， counter transaction(柜台交易) 作为检索入口词（关键词）进行基本检索，然后对检索结果以 model OR mode（模式）和 flow，procedure OR program（流程）作为二次检索的入口词。
