现代企业员工培训体系研究——以大智慧财汇数据

摘要

信息时代，随着不断发展的科学技术和知识经济，虽然使企业面临更加激烈的竞争但同时为企业带来了更好的发展机遇。面对竞争与机遇并存的前提条件，为了适应时代的发展，企业对培训工作和内部人力资源开发提出了更高的要求和目标。因此，企业人力资源管理工作的重点之一就是做好培训体系的建设与完善。越来越专业化，多样化的培训组织，使培训活动渗入到企业的每个方面。当今时代，国内企业对于企业员工培训工作这方面的研究越发重视。

本文研究对象为金融企业“大智慧财汇数据公司”，以企业培训相关理论为基础，运用查阅公司资料、员工问卷调查、文献研究等方式，对其进行系统研究。首先对大智慧数据公司公司的培训现状进行调查分析，剖析公司培训管理中存在的问题。其次，针对该公司的实际问题，进行了培训需求分析，制定了公司培训目标，设计了员工培训课程体系，完善了公司培训实施和培训效果方案。最后，在培训组织实施过程中，提出关于构建培训文化，开发、完善员工培训系统的相应策略，使其有效作用于提升员工的全面素质，推动企业经济健康可持续发展。通过以上方面的探讨，对于大智慧数据公司公司员工培训工作展开起到至关重要的作用，为振兴我国现代企业跟上世界一体化进程的步伐起到切实有效的推动作用提供借鉴。
