As the company development , it get into it support period . there is little chance to set up new system. I think it is not suitable for me .so I decided to leave. As a project manager, Ishould control the project schedule ,cost. Ensure the project can go live on time. After project approval ,I should edit the project the plan ,confirm the member of the project ,prepare for the kick-offmeeting. In blueprint period ,I should analyze the bussness gap ,disscuss with the member ,confirm the solution. In prepare for golive , I should organize the training data collection assign the role authority. And the go live strategy. So we kick off the project. We integrated ps module with PP mm sd fico other modules. First when we sign technical protocolwith customer , the project management deparment will creat a standard project，consist of several wbs design , sample ,batch product,then connect the activity to the wbs,and assign the material to the activity. The system will run the project purchase and product plan automatically.
