圣诞节英语晚会活动方案
一、活动目的
1、在圣诞节，这个西方节日中重要的节日里举行圣诞节英语晚会可以加强同学们对西方文化的了解，增加同学们对学习英语的认识。
2、加强英语的实际运用能力，让同学们的英语口语学习得到进一步的锻炼同时也增加英语学习的趣味性。
3、加强同学们的团队合作精神，增强同学们之间的交流与沟通。
同时，加强同学们与外界的英语交流和学习。
4、让平时紧张的学习氛围得到一定的缓解，使同学们的心情得到放松，在以后的日子里更好的学习。
二、活动主题感受西方文化，学习趣味英语
三、活动时间**年12月25日晚上七点
四、活动地点11教教室
五、活动对象软工10801班全体成员，联谊英语系0801班级同学及本学期任课外教老师
六、活动准备
1、本班学生a全权负责与英语系联谊并处理相关事务。
首先，在活动举行的一个月前与英语系例如0801班联系，讨论相关事项。
其次，后期准备阶段与英语系的交流工作。
2、本班学生b和学生负责上网收集西方圣诞节的具体资料，在活动举行的前两周公布给班级同学。
此外，两同学负责联系任教外教
老师，并商讨与圣诞节有关的事宜，对班级同学的节目做必要的指导。
3、本班学生d负责在一个星期前收录同学们的具体表演节目，并将节目的相关道具一一记录。
4、本班学生e负责借教室，负责布置会场（包括音信，麦克风之类相关）以及活动结束后会场的整理工作。
5、本班学生f负责购买晚会所需物资及表演道具。
6、本班学生g、h负责活动气氛的调节，保证活动和谐有序的进行。
并且两人负责整个会场的安全工作。
7、本班同学m负责突发状况的处理。
七、活动流程
1、晚会主持人开场白
2、邀请嘉宾致辞
3、节目一一开始有序表演
4、晚会结束，主持人发言。
5、教室后期整理工作进行
八、活动事项说明
1、本次英语晚会旨在提高学生的英语表达能力，因此全部节目都是使用英语语言，包括主持人的开场白。
2、必须提前和英语系联系沟通，关于活动的进行达成共识。
3、提前将节目和各种所需物品准备好。
准备人员提前三小时将场地安排好。
九、安全注意事项
1、在布置会场装点教室时，攀高注意安全。
一定要有人在场一起合作布置整理。
2、亲点到场人数，了解提前离场同学的去向。
3、到场同学注意保管自己的财物。
可能有些同学由于表演需要，更换衣物，注意保管好。
4、节目表演时，注意安全，
十、意外事故处理
1、如果活动时间与上课或其他事物冲突，则活动提前，或是取消。
2、若是活动当天天气不好，本班学生f负责雨具的整理摆放工作。
3、提前调试好音响、麦克风等器具，保证其能正常使用。
如果音响或是相关工具出现问题，及时联系相关部门或是拿出准备的备用器具。
4、发现本班同学或是与外班同学出现矛盾冲突，负责突发状况的同学m及时调解。
如果涉及到活动的进行，同学g、h及时采取准备措施，保证活动有序进行。
5、如果活动举行过程中，有同学出现身体不适，同学m负责安排其休息或是提前离场。
十一、活动资金预算
1、购买活动小吃软工班预定出资两百元。
2、购买活动道具及活动涉及到的奖品软工班预定一百元。
音响软工班提供。
3、购买装扮会场软工班预定出资五十元。
总计花费:三百五十元备注：英语系出资数额由该班人数及协商后定。
十二、活动总结通过此次活动，让同学们体验到别样的新年节日，对西方的文化进一步了解，增加同学们学习英语的热情。
同时，加强与外界同学的英语交流，看到自己的不足，进一步加强英语的学习。
