论文题目:辽宁省锦州市凌河区污水处理厂设计

摘要

水是不可替代的自然资源,在经济建设﹑社会发展和人民生活占有及其重要的地位。随着经济建设﹑城乡建设的发展和人口的增加,用水持续增长,水的供需矛盾日益突出。由于大量的工业废水和生活污水排入水体,使水环境受到严重的`污染,水资源短缺和水质恶化已成为制约经济建设和城乡发展、破坏生态环境、影响人民生活和自身健康的突出问题。

建设节约型社会,促进可持续发展,这是辽宁省“十一五”规划编制的重点工作之一。加快恢复辽西植被,提高全省森林覆盖率。深化工业污染防治,加强水污染和大气污染的整治,确保让广大人民群众喝上干净水、呼吸上清洁空气。锦州市凌河区在规划编制中,提到了城区绿化覆盖率达到40%;城市生活垃圾无害化处理率和污水集中处理率分别达到100%和70%。

因此本设计根据凌河区的污水水质水量,水文条件,气象人文等信息以及经济等情况决定以CASS法为主要处理单元的方案。力求在处理达标的前提下做到最经济。

Abstract

Water is the natural resource which can’t be substituted,It is in the very important status in the construction of economy、the development of society and the life of people .With the development of constrction of economy、the construction of contryside and the increase of population,the water used grows continually,the contradictory of supply and demand of water is prominent day by day.As a lot of industrial wastewater and sanitary sewage disperse into water,the water environment was polluted seriously.the short of the water resource and the worse of the water quality has restricted the development of city and the development of countryside,the destruction of ecological environment,which affect the lives of the people and the prominent question of the health of ourselies.

Constructing the save society,promoting the sustainable development,this is the key work in the plan of eleven five of Liaoning Province.promote restores the vegetation of Liaoxi,deepened the preventing and controlling of the industry pollution,put the water pollution and the air pollution under control.make sure that many people can drink clean water ,breath the clean air.In the plan of the district of linghe of jinzhou,mentioned the city afforestation coverage fraction achieves 40%,The life trash of the city detoxification processing ratio and the sewage centralism processing ratio achieves 100% and 70%.

So my design acts accord to the wastewater water quality and water volume, hydrology condition, meteorological humanities etc.I decided to use the project that take CASS process as the main processing unit.I will take all my effort to make it economical under meeting the standard of processing.
