第五讲

一、名词复数规则

1.一般情况下,直接加-s,如:book-books, bag-bags, cat-cats, bed-beds 2.以s. x. sh. ch结尾,加-es,如:bus-buses, box-boxes, brush-brushes, watch-watches

3.以“辅音字母y”结尾,变y为i, 再加-es,如:family-families, strawberry-strawberries

4.以“f或fe”结尾,变f或fe为v, 再加-es,如:knife-knives,leaf——leaves

5.不规则名词复数:

man-men, woman-women, policeman-policemen,

policewoman-policewomen,

child-children,foot-feet, tooth-teeth

fish-fish, deer-deer, sheep-sheep, people-people, Chinese-Chinese, Japanese-Japanese

【注】:

以字母o结尾的名词一般情况下加s,如:zoo-zoos,photo-photos.

只有极个别的名词加es.助记口诀:

黑人英雄爱吃西红柿土豆和芒果,有意思.

Negro hero tomato potato mango es

二,动词第三人称单数形式的变化规则

1.一般情况下,直接加-s,如:cook-cooks, milk-milks

2.以s. x. sh. ch. o结尾,加-es,如:guess-guesses, wash-washes, watch-watches, go-goes

3.以“辅音字母 +y”结尾,变y为i, 再加-es,如:study-studies

三、句型转换方法

(1)含有be动词的句子;

1,句子分类(2)含有情态动词(can,must,should)的句子;

(3)含有行为动词的句子。

2,肯定句转换为否定句和一般疑问句的方法。

(1)含有be动词的句子:

肯定句否定句:直接在be动词后加not,可缩写。

肯定句疑问句:直接把be动词提到句首,其他照抄。

Mike is in the classroom now.

Mike isn’t in the classroom now

(2)含有情态动词的句子:

肯定句否定句:直接在情态动词后加not,可缩写。

肯定句疑问句:直接把情态动词提到句首,其他照抄。

Mike can speak English.

Mike can’t speak English.

(3)含有行为动词的句子:要借助于助动词do/does(根据原句主语的单复数决定.)

肯定句否定句:在动词前加do/does not,可缩写,后面的动词用原形,其他照抄。

肯定句疑问句:在句首加上Do/Does,后面的动词用原形,其他照抄。

3,肯定句转换为特殊疑问句的方法(考查题型:对划线部分提问)

【转换步骤:】

(1)根据划线部分内容确定用哪个特殊疑问词:

人——who/whom 事,物——what

地点——where 时间——when / what time

周几——what day 日期——what date

原因——why数量——how many

频率——how often 价钱——how much

颜色——what colour 年龄——how old

长度——how long距离——how far

还有how, which, whose等。

(2.)将剩余部分改成一般疑问句。(具体步骤同“肯定句转换为一般

疑问句”)

例:I go to the park on Sundays.

①Igo to the parkon Sundays.

What do you do on Sundays?

②I goto the parkon Sundays.

Where do you go on Sundays?

③Igo to the park on Sundays.

Who goes to the parkon Sundays?

④I goto the parkon Sundays.

When do you go to the park?
