USP<381>注射剂弹性胶塞测试USP<381>ELASTOMERIC CLOSURES FOR INJECTIONS一、理化性质检测Solution S的制备将总面积为100±10 cm2的瓶塞放进烧杯中，加入200ml的纯化水或注射用水，如不能达到预期的总面积（100±10 cm2），选择适量胶塞，使面积接近100 cm2，按1cm2胶塞面积相当2ml水的比例调整水的用量，煮沸5min，用冷的纯化水或注射用水冲洗5次。

将冲洗过的胶塞置三角烧瓶中，加入与胶塞相同重量的纯化水或注射用水，用烧杯将烧杯瓶口盖住，放入高压蒸汽消毒器中加热，20-30分钟内升温至121±2℃，保持30min，于30min内冷却至室温，取出，补加纯化水或注射用水至初始重量，缓慢倒出，收集该溶液即得。

（注意：用前需振摇）。

空白溶液的制备采用200ml纯化水或注射用水同法制备一个空白溶液（不使用胶塞）。

【溶液澄清度】硫酸肼溶液的制备：称取1.0 g硫酸肼，用水溶解并稀释至100.0ml，放置4-6h。

乌洛托品溶液的制备：称取2.5g乌洛托品置100ml容量瓶中，用25.0ml水溶解。

浊度标准贮备液的制备：量取25.0ml 硫酸肼溶液至含乌洛托品溶液的100ml容量瓶中，混合，25℃避光静置24小时。

该溶液置冷处避光保持，可在两个月内使用，用前混匀。

浊度标准原液的制备：取浊度标准贮备液15.0ml，置1000ml量瓶中，加水稀释至刻度，摇匀，该溶液应在48小时内使用，用前摇匀。

浊度标准液的制备取浊度标准原液与水，按表1制备，既得，浊度标准液应临用时制备，使用前充分摇匀。

方法A（目测法）：使用内径为15 – 25mm的相同无色、透明、中性玻璃平底比色管。

一支加入40mm Solution S，一支加入相同深度的水，其余四支加入相同深度的浊度标准液A、B、C和 D ，日光下放置5min后，在黑色背景下立即垂直观察，光线条件应能区别水和浊度标准液A，浊度标准液A和浊度标准液B。
