本文探究了如何通过小组合作学习提高学生的英语写作质量，并阐述了如何运用捆绑式的评价调动学生的积极性，提出小组合作学习方式是解决学生英语写作困难、提高学生综合语言运用能力的有效方法；捆绑式的评价是缩小两极分化、促进学生全面发展的有效评价方式。

写作能力训练是发展学生思维能力和表达能力的有效途径，也是衡量教学效果的标准之一（王笃勤，2002）。
然而，英语写作能力的发展却是我国英语教育的弱点（武尊民，2008）。
笔者近几年一直任教毕业班的英语课。
每当上写作课时，学生们总是显得很不情愿，与平时的活泼、主动、热情形成鲜明对比。
而且，学生上交的作文层次不清，衔接不畅，句子不通，条理紊乱；还有书写潦草、卷面不洁等。
教师费力批完，学生往往臵之一边，不问不看。
“因此每次作文批改，都会令教师和学生产生消极情绪，进而使得学生和教师都惧怕英语写作”（关世民，2008）。
笔者认为，小组合作学习方式有助于解决以上问题。
小组合作学习自20世纪70年代中期兴起以来，已成为世界范围内的主流教改策略，是目前许多国家普遍采用的一种富有创意和实效的教学理论和策略。
它在改善课堂内的社会心理气氛、大面积提高学生的学业成绩、促进学生形成良好的品质等方面效果显著。
它充分体现了素质教育的理念：使课堂教学面向全体学生；使每个学生都积极参与并乐在其中；使学生学会合作；培养学生通过独立思考、共同探究来主动解决问题的能力。
在英语教学中，小组合作学习较多地运用于课堂口语训练和难题的讨论，而在英语写作这一难度较大的教学环节却应用得很少。
究其原因，众多教师认为难以操作。
本文对运用小组合作学习方法进行初中英语写作教学进行了探讨，并阐述了如何运用捆绑式评价调动学生的学习积极性。
二、小组的形成和组员的分工根据多元智能理论和学生的学习水平及性格特点，笔者将全班学生按座位的就近原则分组，前后4人或5～6人为一组，做到“组内异质，组间同质”。
每个小组的组员再根据学业水平的不同进行编号（a、b、c……），编号的目的是在作文评价阶段，便于不同组内同一编号的学生代表自己的小组进行组间比较。
组内选举一个小组长，小组长不一定英语学得最好，但要公正、热情、有威信，并愿意为大家服务。
组员的分工由小组长负责（教师协助），根据组员的智能优势和语言水平分配不同的工作。
例如，学生a负责主题句、衔接语、过渡句等难度较大的内容；学生b负责要点和内容、段落与层次；学生c 负责句式；学生d负责格式和时态；学生e负责书写和卷面整理。
具体的任务是：在小组讨论环节，轮到讨论自己负责的内容时，责任人一要担当“发言人”角色，并在向全班汇报时代表本组发言；二要担当“记录员”角色，记录每一小组成员在本环节讨论中的发言次数和质量、请教次数、学习态度、倾听和批改的认真程度等，目的是收集评价资料，用于互评时打分；三要担当“检查员”角色，检查督促小组成员对所负责内容的修改和背诵。
小组长可以兼任责任人，其责任是分配学习任务，组织小组活动，协调组员关系，协助每个责任人履行各自的职责，统计每个人的评价得分。
合作一段时期后，再轮换职责。
分工合作能“促使每个学生主动参与，以充分发挥自己的学习潜能，形成有效的学习策略，提高自主学习能力”（教育部，2003）。
三、小组合作的方法探究学生写不出高质量的作文原因是多方面的，其中重要的原因之一是学生写作缺乏支架（nunan, 2004）。
vygotsky（1978）认为，当学生的当前发展水平无法独立完成任务时，在成人或能力较强的同伴帮助下，他们可以达到潜在发展水平，并完成任务。
这种介于当前发展水平和潜在发展水平之间的区域就是最近发展区，成人或有能力的同伴的帮助就称为支架（康艳，2011）。
在传统的写作活动中，学生由于遇到问题时得不到帮助，没人为其搭建支架，导致其完不成写作任务。
而小组合作是生生互动、互助的学习过程，学生在合作交流、互帮互助中发挥各自智能优势，互相搭建支架，就可以达到最近发展区，完成学习任务。
合作步骤分为：写作过程合作→互批过程合作→评价过程合作。
1．运用小组合作写作解决作文中存在的问题写作开始前，教师首先向学生提供写作素材，然后指出作文中的常见问题。
针对这些问题，根据作文的篇章结构、语言知识提出讨论的内容要求和步骤。
具体分为以下几个阶段：（l）责任人准备。
讨论之前给学生留出3～5分钟的独立思考时间，以便责任人对自己负责的内容进行思考和整理，为将要进行的讨论做准备，不明白的地方可以咨询他人或教师。
此阶段由于思维尚未被激活，那些不能完全胜任的责任人可能羞于开口询问，此时需要组长鼓励他们主动问询，并为主动提问和提供帮助的人加分。
（2）小组合作写作。
教师根据作文的语篇结构和语言知识将讨论的内容分成下面的五部分，这五部分也是学生作文出现问题最多的地方。
学生通过讨论彼此借鉴，互相纠错，由此减少错误的发生。
具体步骤如下：①要点与内容拿到一篇作文的题目后，第一任务就是读题和审题，对材料进行分析，确定写作的内容和要点。
有的学生写作时总是漏掉要点，尽管词数很多，得分却不高；有些学生不知怎样寻找作文的要点，而有些文章的要点也的确难以把握，这就要发挥集体的作用，进行小组讨论。
现以淄博市2008年中考作文题为例来说明具体的操作方法。
阅读下列新闻（中央电视台播报）：在成都崇州怀远镇中心学校有一位英语老师，他叫吴忠红。

书信格式不能漏掉开头的称呼和最后的落款；日记格式要记住在开头的第一行写出日期、天气、星期等信息。
确定了格式再选择时态，说明书常用一般现在时，如服药说明、仪器使用说明等；通知多用将来时；书信的时态要根据内容而定，过去、现在、将来、完成等时态都有可能用到。
许多学生对时态把握不准，或知道用什么时态但下笔就出错，集体的智慧会使之变得相对容易。
以前面提到的关于地震的中考作文为例，首先，责任人对文章的格式、时态及用到的动词短语发表自己的观点。
责任人发言内容如下：（1）格式：书信格式，要包括信头、称呼、正文、结束语、落款等；（2）时态：要点一和要点二因为要描述当时发生的事情和自己听后的心情，所以要用过去时；，要点三是给予吴楠安慰和鼓励，可以用一般现在时和将来时；（3）主要动词短语：听说（heardof/about）、地震发生（the earthquake happened）、为救他人栖牲生命（los t one’s life in order to save others）、深受感动（be deeply moved by）、以……为荣（be proud of）;（4）重点强调：易拼错的单词有happened、heard、lost。
主讲人讲完后，大家相互补充，相互纠错；补充期间，责任人要记录有价值的发言以及倾听过程中自己产生的灵感和各组员的表现。
讨论过后，责任人归纳总结并代表小组在全班发言，同时记录其他组的发言重点，下笔之前，责任人还要强调易错点，补充自己的想法，点拨语法重点（如主谓一致、名词复数等），并要求大家做好记录。
有了小组的讨论，学生在运用格式、时态和动词方面，不再下笔就出错或是拿着笔发呆。
小组讨论可以使学生学会分析体裁，判断时态，减少语法错误，快速进人写作状态。
③句式要想使文章读起来让人耳目一新，就要注意写作过程中句式的变化。
单一的句式使文章显得单调枯燥，变化多样的句式才能使文章趣味横生，充满活力。
有的学生整篇文章几乎句式不变，或重复使用1～2个句式，使文章读起来单调乏味。
