A Proposal 倡议书
写倡议书的目的: 提倡开展某项有意 义的活动、推行某种行之有效的作法。
阅卷日志
• 6月11日 10点正评开始，进度抓得很紧， 阅卷时间由去年的8小时减至6小时，每天 500到600份，体能的考验。中午一点开始， 没有午休，第一天大家都阅得很慢（311 份），严格按照标准 ，高分上去了（27— 28分），低分下来了（0—8分）。
• 第二天各组长就催促加快速度，下午结束 时已经阅到了1023份了，最卖力的一天， 头和尾肯定是要看得，但中间也必须浏览 到，防止个别投机取巧，写上头尾，中间 从试卷中摘抄。
