Steven spielberg was born in Cincinnation on December 18, 1946, his father is a computer expert, his mother is a well versed(通晓的，有造诣的) classical musician . Spielberg like adventure and fantasy when he was a child. On his 12 years old birthday, his father gave him a pocket camera, which made him more fascinated to a movie.

Adapted from Peter ‘s novel, the novel according to real events in the summer of 1916, at that time 4 people died because of shark attacking off the coast of New Jersey(美国新泽西州). The scary scene of the film won an unprecedented $four hundred and ten million box office income(票房收入)for Hollywood , breaking box office records, became the most successful movies. and eventually won the 1976 Oscar for best sound（最佳音响）, best editing（最佳剪辑）and best original score(原始配乐)
