Unit 7 How much are these socks?一、说教材本单元是七年级上册的第七个单元,以Shopping为主线,围绕谈论价格、描述衣物和感谢他人等语言功能项目设置了一系列的任务环节,教材从基础语言知识到综合语言运用逐步推进,听说读写层层展开,以一种循序渐进的生活化的学习程序,引导学生“为用而学,在用中学,学了就用”。

Shopping,这是现在的孩子们熟悉却也陌生的内容,他们对此会有很大的兴趣。

本课时是本单元的第一课时,直接影响到整个单元的教学,非常重要。

因此,在教学中要十分注重调动学生的兴趣。

新课程的理念之一是“开发课程资源,拓展学用渠道”,这意味着教师可以根据学生的实际情况和需要灵活地处理教材,因此,我对Section A部分的三个听力只处理了2b。

根据新课程标准,我为本课设定了五个教学目标:1、语言知识目标:掌握衣物名称词汇,能够描述自己和他人的衣物;会用how much问句来询问和谈论衣物的价格。

2、语言技能目标:培养学生听取关键数字/价格信息的能力;培养学生用所学语言知识谈论衣物和价格的能力,提高语言交际能力。

3、情感态度目标:培养合作和竞争意识;树立正确的金钱观;学会合理消费。

4、学习策略目标:掌握快速记忆法方法5、文化意识目标:通过了解中西方文化对衣物喜好的异同和对中外货币价值异同初步树立跨文化意识。

本课时的重点:How much引导的特殊疑问句;衣物名称二、说教法坚持“教师为主导,学生为主体,任务为基础”的教学原则。

本课时主要采用:1、趣活动教学策略:多采用做游戏和猜谜等形式。

2、任务型教学途径:给学生提供交流合作的空间和时间,促使学生为完成任务与同学进行合作,为完成任务进行探究学习,分享同学间的学习成果,体验在做事情中学英语的快乐和成功感,增强对英语学习的信心和兴趣。

3、情景交际法:七年级学生刚刚从小学升入初中,好奇心强,渴望在新环境中认识和了解新老师和新同学,因此,教师要为学生营造良好的学习英语的氛围,充分利用学生已有的知识和经验,创设生活化的真实或半真实的情境,即采用情景交际法,鼓励学生在新的环境下运用体验、实践、讨论、合作、探究等方式,引导学生在运用语言中学习语言,然后在学习新的语言知识后创造性地运用语言。

Unit7单元教材分析本单元的中心话题是购物,主要语言功能项目是谈论服装,询问价格和表示感谢,语法结构为:How much引导的问句以及回答,名词单、复数的使用和指示代词这、那、这些、那些的用法。

语言技能和语言知识几乎都是围绕着中心话题来展开的。

①SectionA先从呈现服装词汇开始,通过看和听的方式来输入信息,并引出本单元的语法重点:How much is...? It’s.... How much are...? They’re….接着出现颜色、形状、大小的形容词,来描绘服装的特点。

然后教材又设计了一个Pair work用来进行循环操练询问价格的主要句型,并突出本单元的语法重点和难点:How much is the brown sweater? How much are these socks? 之后又通过一段购物对话引导学生初步综合运用所学语言,落实新知。

②SectionB是在Section A基础上的知识的扩展和综合运用。

在Section B中先是以听说读写的形式展开了对数字的学习,并设计了听对话找物品和pair work等活动,以实现新旧知识的综合运用。

导购广告引出了同步阅读,之后的写导购广告,使学生从完成半真实的任务过渡到了完成真实的任务,从而达到了创造性地使用语言的目的。

③Self Check的主要内容是学生对本单元的重要词汇以及语言运用能力的自我评价。

综上所述,本单元主要是以购物话题为主线,围绕着谈论服装、询问价格和表示感谢等语言功能展开了一系列的任务活动。

单元教材设想思路一:去商店买一些学习用品,这是学生经常做的事情。

在商店里选好东西后,必须要询问价格,常用的句型是:—How much is it? —It’s...—How much are they? —They’re...这也是本单元的重点句型。

让学生表演商店里购物的情景,可以帮助学生更好地掌握所学知识,又能增加实践经验。
