摘要：勘探开发一体化是适应知识化与信息化时代，加速油气资源开发，提高投资效率和增加企业总体效益的必然趋势，已引起石油企业的广泛关注。同样，加快油田信息化建设、数字油田建设如今在国内外油田企业已经成为发展方向。本论文提出了勘探开发信息一体化管理要解决的首要问题就是信息孤岛、部门壁垒，核心是对油田企业历史数据的整合、信息及各信息系统的集成以实现勘探开发信息一体化管理的目标——信息资源共享。石油企业信息化建设的重点就是数字油田建设、数字油田建设的重点是勘探开发信息一体化管理。详细说明了数字油田建设的模型与作用和认识结论，介绍了实施勘探开发信息一体化管理的架构、模式和运行机制。

Abstract: Exploration and development of integration is a new business concept to adapt to the era of knowledge and information to accelerate the development of oil and gas resources,and to improve investment efficiency and increase the overall effectiveness and it has caused widespread concern in the oil industry. Similarly, to speed up the information technology field, the number of oil field construction business is now at home and abroad has become a common aspiration. In this paper, We think that proposed exploration and development of integrated management information to address the primary problem is the “information islands”, “sector barriers, ” The core business of oil field integration of historical data, information and integrated information systems in order to achieve the integration of exploration and development of information management objectives - the sharing of information resources. Oil company’s focus on information technology is the digital oilfield construction, the construction of the digital oil field exploration and development focused on the integrated management of information. This paper details the construction of the digital oil field models and the role and understanding of the conclusions on the implementation of the integrated management of exploration and

development of information architecture, models and operating mechanism.

勘探开发信息一体化管理是一种对油田海量信息高效的管理模式，可缩短油田勘探开发的时间周期，降低勘探开发的成本投入，是最终石油企业总体效益的有利途径与手段。

一引言

我国油田传统的勘探生产工作通常由油田的勘探事业部组织实施，开发生产工作由开发事业部组织实施，实行的是部门分割的管理体制，这种体制人为地割裂了勘探与开发之间的有机联系，勘探和开发各自出于有利于自己部门的利益来进行思考问题和组织生产活动，有时出现问题推委扯皮；勘探开发两部门在信息化建设过程中时常出现重复建设、重复投入现象，增加了勘探和开发部门投资成本。不利于油田整体效益的提高。

如今，随着勘探和开发的不断深入，油田对储量的品位、转化率以及勘探开发成本和效益的要求逐渐提高，同时油田生产的对象从整装的构造油藏向复杂的“低、深、难、杂”油藏转移，向隐蔽型油气藏转移，客观上要求勘探和开发必须密切结合。一体化的管理模式是我国社会主义市场经济发展到一定程度的必然产物，是油气生产追求经济效率、追求投资效益最大化的必然要求，是我国油田企业信息化建设、数字油田建设的必由之路。

二勘探开发一体化实质

勘探开发一体化是一种在油田勘探开发中，将原先彼此分散、独立的勘探与开发紧密结合起来，视勘探、开发为一个有机的整体，勘探向开发延伸，开发向勘探渗透，变前后接力为互相渗透，二者相互协调，相互配合，共同完成石油资源储量向石油产量的转化的工作模式。

三数字油田是石油企业信息化建设的重要手段
