一线格不同于其他书写字帖，不需要按照四线三格的大小字母的占位来写，而是追求字体整齐和圆润。
大写字母略高于横线上方的一条虚线即可，即高出小写字母"a"或“o”三分之一左右即可。

Today I want to tell you all about this really cool printable English calligraphy copybook I got recently. It's helped me practice my English handwriting so much!My English teacher Ms. Wang gave our whole class these copybooks at the start of the school year. She said working on our handwriting is just as important as learning vocabulary and grammar. I wasn't too excited at first because writing out all those letters over and over sounded pretty boring. But Ms. Wang made it seem like it would be fun.This copybook is really neat because it's designed just for kids my age who are learning to write English print and cursive. The letters and words we have to copy are all sized perfectly for our hands. The pages aren't too cramped but also give us plenty of lines to work on our letter strokes.What I like most is the variety of exercises and activities. It's not just page after page of the same letters to trace. There are wordbuilding sections where we learn how to put letters together into words. There are short quotes and phrases that get us practicing with different sentence structures. My favorite part is the calligraphy copy pages where we can try our hand at beautiful fancy cursive writing.Another awesome thing is that this copybook comes in a printable PDF format. That means our teachers can easily print out new pages for us whenever we need them. No more running out of space or having to buy a new book every month! Ms. Wang says it's much easier than having to order new physical books for the whole class.The printable format is also great for me because I can practice at home. Whenever I have free time in the evenings or on weekends, I can ask my mom to print out some fresh pages for me to work on. She's really happy I'm taking such an interest in improving my English handwriting. Having the PDF at home lets me go at my own pace too.Second, the book doesn't provide any instructions or teaching on proper handwriting technique. It kind of assumes we already know how to hold a pencil correctly and understandthings like pen angles and applying the right pressure. For total beginners like some of the kids in my class, a few more explanations on technique would be helpful.But overall, I give this 7th grade Hengshui printable English calligraphy copybook two thumbs up! It's such a convenient and practical tool for kids like me to practice our handwriting. Having a printable version makes it easy to keep practicing over and over again.The wide range of exercises keeps things interesting rather than just doing the same boring drills. Getting to learn English calligraphy the modern way - through an e-book printable copybook! I first heard about it from my English teacher, Mrs. Wong. She taught us about the different calligraphy styles and showed us some examples. There are so many interesting ones from all around the world, like the elegant Copperplate style and the beautiful Arabic calligraphy.But then she introduced us to the Hengshui style of English calligraphy. It originated from the Hengshui area of China and has a really unique and artistic look to it. The letters have this flowing, cursive style but with prominent thick and thin stroke contrasts. 手写印刷体的精髓：「一笔一划」。
练印刷体的前提就是，不可以连笔！
准备工具
纸可以选用质地比较坚硬的横格本。
使用0.5mm中性笔练习。
练字注意事项
1.字母要贴线写：贴线写指的就是字母的下端要紧挨着横格本的格子线，贴线写的字母整篇文章整洁美观，不贴线写会显得杂乱无章。
2.字母倾斜度：字母的倾斜度保持在5-10°，不能太斜，不然看起来会有点累；也不能写得笔直看起来会太过死板。
整篇作文的倾斜度保持一致也是尤为关键的因素。
3.保持合适的单词间距和单词字母间距：词间距离最佳保持在1-1.5个字母大小的间距，而单词的字母距离保持紧凑但不能挨到旁边的字母为宜。
4.不要写连笔：一定要一个字母一个字母地写，虽然刚开始写会有点慢，但是多加练习之后就会提高速度。
考试120-150个单词的作文10-15分钟抄写完毕。
5.字母的大小要一致：要能把所有的字母大小保持一致不是一件容易的事。
6.卷面一定要整洁：答题卷只做答案的誊抄，尽量不要出错。
实在有写错之处，在保证看得清的前提下改正得小一点。
Anyway，英语才26个字母，很容易就可以练出来的，希望同学们都不要放弃卷面分。
