干燥剂常用检测报告有哪些?硅胶干燥剂、氯化钙干燥剂、矿物干燥剂、高分子干燥剂等检测报告一般有SGS、MSDS、RoHS、BV新(DMF)不含富玛酸二钾酯、REACH等。
这些报告都有什么用?以及他们都是什么意思?下面简单的介绍一下。
SGS检测报告其实没有这一报告,SGS是一家公司(可以百度了解一下),一家比较有名的检测公司,由于他公司做出的REACH73、REACH75等质量标准在全球都得到了认可,所以大家都把REACH检测报告叫做SGS报告。
REACH报告就是一个涉及化学品生产、贸易、使用安全的法规提案,法规旨在保护人类健康和环境安全,保持和提高欧盟化学工业的竞争力,以及研发无毒无害化合物的创新能力,防止市场分裂,增加化学品使用透明度,促进非动物实验,追求社会可持续发展等。
REACH指令要求凡进口和在欧洲境内生产的化学品必须通过注册、评估、授权和限制等一组综合程序,以更好更简单地识别化学品的成分来达到确保环境和人体安全的目的。
该指令主要有注册、评估、授权、限制等几大项内容。
任何商品都必须有一个列明化学成分的登记档案,并说明制造商如何使用这些化学成分以及毒性评估报告。
所有信息将会输入到一个正在建设的数据库中,数据库由位于芬兰赫尔辛基的一个欧盟新机构欧洲化学品局来管理。
该机构将评估每一个档案,如果发现化学品对人体健康或环境有影响,他们就可能会采取更加严格的措施。
根据对几个因素的评估结果,化学品可能会被禁止使用或者需要经过批准后才能使用。
MSDS材料分析报告,这个就可以字面上去理解了,这个就是分析产品的成分,含有什么成分。
会有一份表格出来上面标明化学含量。
RoHS,用公司注意到电气、电子设备中含有对人体健康有害的重金属是2000年荷兰在一批市场销售的游戏机的电缆中发现镉。
事实上,电气电子产品在生产中目前大量使用的焊锡、包装箱印刷的油墨都含有铅等有害重金属。
新RoHS检测项目有铅(Pb),镉(Cd),汞(Hg),六价铬(Cr6+),多溴联苯(PBBs)和多溴联苯醚(PBDEs),邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯(DBP),邻苯二甲酸正丁基苄酯(BBP),邻苯二甲酸(2-己基)己酯(DEHP),六溴环十二烷(HBCDD)。

ROHS整合认证流程如果您是整机厂或是成品厂,您的所有部件的原材料都有相应的ROHS检测报告,您可以按整合报告服务申请流程来申请!产品整合报告服务流程以下为产品整合报告服务申请注意事项:一、前提:组成产品的零部件(单一材质)均已经做过测试(参照客户提供的清单)和未进行测试部分测试完成后进行。
二、客户需提供的材料:1、成品样品两个,用于核对报告。
2、清单上所有的测试报告复印件(字迹清楚,国家认可的认证机构出具的一年内的报告,超过一年无效,需重测)加盖整合测试申请公司的公章,并加盖公章,一致性声明等证明材料。
3、完整填写的整合测试申请表及保证书,注明出报告种类(中文或英文),并提供报告上相应的中英文。
4、材料清单(BOM)。
5、成品的结构简单剖视图(建议提供,以便核对)。
6、提供产品测试报告一览表。
备注:客户提供的所有报告经过整理后,送至实验室进行整合,如发现有虚假报告,实验室则终止一切审核工作。
客户须重新提供相应样品付费测试相关数据,待结果测出后,成品报告的审核工作再次启动。
报告所需审核时间此时开始重新计算。
如客户不愿意测试,实验室则退回所有的资料,不再予以整合。
