A VIC Aerodynamics Research Institute

中国航空工业空气动力研究院是一所拥有雄厚技术实力,集空气动力学基础理论研究、飞机先进气动布局研究和高低速风洞相配套的空气动力试验技术研究于一体,相应地开展计算空气动力学研究,在国内外享有较高声誉的综合科研单位,是我国航空空气动力学研究与试验中心。

气动院地处哈尔滨、沈阳两地,总占地面积约23万平方米。全院共有职工700余名,其中专业技术人员588名。1982年获得了空气动力学专业工学硕士招收培养权,2002年获国家批准设立博士后科研工作站,先后通过武器装备科研生产许可证的审核、国家二级保密资格认证、GJB9001A-2001质量体系换版认证、集团公司6S管理达标审核和省文明单位标兵荣誉称号。

我院现有低跨超声速风洞和试验设备8座:FL-1亚跨超三声速风洞;FL—2亚跨超三声速风洞;FL—3高速进气道试验台;FL—5低速风洞;FL—7跨声速风洞;FL—8低速风洞;FL—9低速增压风洞,动力模拟器标准箱。其中:FL—2跨声速风洞是我国部级重点实验室;FL—1低速风洞和FL—8低速风洞是我国的功勋风洞,国内几乎所有的飞机型号都在该风洞做过试验;FL—9低速增压风洞是我国自行设计建造的一座大型低速增压风洞,雄居亚洲第一,也是世界上第三座同量级的风洞之一。以上各风洞和设备均采用了世界最先进的测试设备,不仅能完成常规试验,而且能完成多种特种试验。在研制与应用等领域有多项试验成果填补了我国的空白,至今仍处于国内领先水平。多次获取得部和国家科技进步奖,为我国飞行器的研制提供了大量有实用价值的成果,被授予“中国航空工业重大贡献单位”。

中国航空工业空气动力研究院先后与美国,德国、法国、加拿大、俄罗斯和意大利等十几个国家和地区开展了广泛的技术交流与合作,促进了气动院高新技术的发展。

目前气动院正秉承“航空报国,强军富民”的集团宗旨,践行“敬业诚信,创新超越”的集团理念,积极倡导“以业为重,务实进取,真诚合作,共荣共赢”的价值观,全力以赴地做好各项工作,努力为祖国的航空事业做出更大贡献。

AVIC Aerodynamics Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as “AVIC ARI ") is under the governance of Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC). It was established by merging former Harbin Aerodynamics Research Institute (founded in 1955) with Shenyang Aerodynamics Research Institute (founded in 1958) in 2000. At present, the permanent staff of AVIC ARI totaled over 800 employees in which more than 600 of them are technicians. In 1982, it was authorized to confer the master degree of aerodynamics. In 1997, it was compliance with ISO9001 quality certification. In 2002, it was appointed as the post-doctoral scientific research station. In 2009, the new site of AVIC ARI was established under the framework of CAE in Beijing.

AVIC ARI is a unique aerodynamics research institute in China aviation industry. Its cutting edge technology in fundamental research and applications related to aeronautic aerodynamics includes design of aircraft aerodynamic configuration, research and application of CFD technology, wind tunnel testing technology and design and manufacture of special testing equipment etc.

Currently, AVIC ARI operates seven wind tunnels: subsonic, transonic and supersonic wind tunnel FL-1 and FL-2, inlet wind tunnel FL-3, 1.5m low speed wind tunnel FL-5, transonic wind tunnel FL-7, low speed wind tunnel FL-8 and pressurized low speed wind tunnel FL-9. Among these wind tunnels, FL-5, the earliest wind tunnel has been in operation at AVIC ARI since 1955. FL-1 and FL-8 have a high prestige in china aviation industry by testing a whole range of Chinese aircraft models. FL-9 is the only high Reynolds low speed wind tunnel which fulfills the demand of large aircraft testing. High speed wind tunnel FL-3 is an ideal platform for special testing. The FL-10 wind tunnel is being under construction. It is the only large scale low speed wind tunnel in China with both open and close test sections.

By continuous investments, the wind tunnels along with their testing techniques have been kept up-to-date. Wind tunnels are equipped with a set of computerized measurement complex that allows obtaining test data at the rate of conventional or special tests. AVIC ARI has a series of advanced and applied testing techniques such as flow visualization and measurement, dynamic testing, engine simulation and inlet performance testing. It also implements studies from CFD techniques to design of aerodynamic configurations and has advancements in relative sectors. Such researches include large scale and high accuracy CFD platform for aeronautic aircraft design, development of multi-disciplinary optimization design based on control law coupling adjoint matrix, genetic algorithm and NASH equilibrium, application of relative method in optimum design of airfoil, research on numerical simulation of aircraft icing, researches on complex flow mechanism, active and passive flow control, characteristics and measurement of boundary layer and innovative aspects in flow control. AVIC ARI also setup a set of database based on the researches on configurations of strake-wing, canard wing, delta wing, V-tail and flying wing.

AVIC ARI strongly believes in the philosophy of “driven by aircraft design demands, pursuing the best testing technology, serving aircraft application needs”. The wind tunnels together with its equipments have had a number of ministry and national technical awards. It promotes developments of state-of-art techniques in the realm of aerodynamics. As an endeavor to fulfill the vision of china aviation dream, AVIC ARI will seriously implements strategies of resource, market and integration with more focus on innovation of wind tunnel testing and relative technology.

中国航空工业空气动力研究院,即气动院,隶属于中航工业集团,简称中航工业气动院,是我国航空工业领域唯一的风洞试验基地。

气动院成立于1952年,前身为中国人民解放军军事工程学院(哈军工)的一个实验室,后哈军工解体,气动院独立为一个单独的国防事业单位,番号627所,坐落于哈尔滨市军工大院内,即哈军工所在地,为当时我国重要的低速风洞试验基地。我国重要的型号飞行器,如J8,均在此完成了大量的选型、定型试验。气动院所拥有的FL-8风洞是我国著名的功勋风洞之一。

2000年,627所与沈阳的626所(高速风洞试验基地)合并,成立气动院。
