论新闻媒体的舆论监督权及其责任

【摘要】新闻媒介是舆论监督中必不可少的重要主体，新闻媒介在舆论监督中起着重要作用。其具有采访权、知情权、公开报道权、监督权和批评权、人格权等权利。当然其同样也负有相应的责任。笔者认为，只有当权利与义务平衡才能发挥好舆论监督的作用，也只有将舆论监督纳入法治化轨道，才有利于社会进步与发展。

On the right of the news media and the responsibility of public opinion

Summary:The media is essential in the public opinion is an important subject, in the opinion of the media plays an important role in the making.
