防范企业核心员工流失的对策思考
【摘要】:21世纪是一个知识经济与信息经济时代,同时也是一个竞争异常激烈的时代。继中国加入WTO后,国际市场进一步开放及国内市场自由化程度的提高,使得资源共享普遍化,资源竞争激烈化,尤其是关键资源的竞争,其中最关键的就是对于核心人才的竞争。核心人力资源,特别是拥有企业关键知识和技能的企业核心员工的竞争,使得核心员工成为了企业生存和发展的关键人力资源,作为企业核心竞争力的载体,他们成为了市场上企业争夺最为激的资源之一。同时市场上企业核心员工的流失越来越普遍,而核心员工流失对于企业造成的极其严重、恶劣的负面影响,他们的流失已经成为了困扰企业管理者尤其是人力资源管理者的一个亟待解决的问题。本文以企业核心员工的流失问题为研究对象,从核心员工的内涵及特征入手,在综合当前关于核心员工流失现象的相关资料及借鉴前人分析成果的基础之上,运用归纳分析法、多因素评估法以及文献综述法等方法着重对核心员工流失的一般原因及影响进行分析,最终希望对于企业避免核心员工流失的管理对策具有积极的可实践意义。

Prevent the countermeasures of the loss of core staff thinking 【Abstract】:The 21st century is an era of knowledge economy and information economy, is also a time when competition is fierce. After China's accession to the WTO, to further open the international market and domestic market liberalization of generalization makes the resource sharing, resource competition, especially the key resources of the competition, is one of the most critical for core talented person's competition. Core human resources, especially with the key knowledge and skills, the competition of enterprise core staff makes the core staff has become the enterprise survival and development of human resources for the key, as the carrier of enterprise core competitiveness, they become the enterprises compete for one of the most excited resource on the market. The loss of core staff is becoming more common on the market at the same time, the core staff turnover for enterprise caused extremely serious, the negative impact of bad, their loss has become a troubled enterprise managers especially human resources managers of a problem to be solved. Based on the core staff loss problem as the research object, from the connotation and characteristic of the core staff, in the current comprehensive information on core staffs loss phenomenon and draw lessons from the basis of previous analysis results, using inductive analysis and multi-factor evaluation method and the method of literature review of common causes of the core staff turnover and influence were analyzed, and finally hope for an enterprise to avoid the management countermeasures of the core staff turnover has a positive practical significance.
