摘要

在对企业财务研究中，关于财务风险的研究是很重要的。面对不断变化的外部和内部环境，企业在投资，融资和经营活动中也不可避免的面临各种财务风险。这给企业经营带来了困难，严重者或导致企业陷入财务困境，面临破产的境地。财务风险是每个企业都无法回避的，我们不能消除财务风险，但是可以利用合理的方式去规避，使财务风险对企业的影响程度降到最低。

近年来我国经济保持稳定增长的态势，房地产为我国的经济增长和人民生活水平的提高做出了很大的贡献，但是如此快速的经济发展必然存在一系列的财务风险。本文以碧桂园为例，利用表格数据以及大量文字说明分析碧桂园的现状，并结合财务分析指出企业存在的财务风险，最后提出财务风险应如何规避，最后对论文进行了总结，虽然企业会存在风险问题，可以进行合理规划来将风险降低，使企业有更好的发展。

Abstract

In the study of enterprise finance, the study of financial risk is very important.To a large extent, financial risk research affects the development of this enterprise. Every year, due to financial risk, enterprises will be damaged to varying degrees and fall into financial difficulties. Financial risk brings great difficulties to enterprises. In today's society, the internal and external environment of enterprise operation is constantly changing. At the same time, there are uncertainties in investment and financing activities. Financial risk is a problem that every enterprise will face and can not be eliminated. But we can use reasonable planning and methods to avoid it, so that enterprises can make profits in smaller financial risks.

China's real estate has developed rapidly in recent years. Real estate, as one of the important industries in China, has contributed a lot to China's economic development and living standards. This paper takes Biguiyuan as an example, uses tabular data and a large number of words to analyze the current situation of Biguiyuan, and points out the enterprises combined with financial analysis. At last, the paper summarizes how to avoid the financial risk. Although there are risk problems in enterprises, reasonable planning can be carried out to reduce the risk and make enterprises have better development.
