2012年普通高等学校招生全国统一考试英语本试题卷分第I卷(选择题）和第II卷(非选择题)两部分。

2012年福建省高考说明
今天，距离高考只有100天时间了！如何在最后冲刺的日子里精准、高效地复习，达到事半功倍的效果？研究《2012年福建省高考考试说明》是必做的功课。
《考试说明》是我省高考命题的依据，也是考生复习迎考的参考标准。
日前，邀请了福州几所优质高中校的名师或教研组对考试说明做出解读，为考生温书迎考提供“实战指南”。
语文增加两篇古诗文背默解读者：福州一中高三语文集备组组长杨卫民■变化2012年高考《考试说明》，可谓“力求稳步推进，适度创新”。
从学生备考范围看，只增加了两篇古诗文的背默，即范仲淹的《岳阳楼记》和龚自珍的《己亥杂诗》。
从参考试卷上看有两点变化，一是明确了文化经典阅读考查两道表述题的样式；二是语言文字运用题改为3个小题，时文评述题的概括材料内容不再考查。
结合4月省质检试卷，我们将可以更清晰地了解今年试卷题型的微调情况。
■特点《考试说明》中“考试范围与要求”的一些表达上的变化，则呈现出以下特点：一是对考试要求表达得更加简洁、清晰、明确。
例如文言文阅读“理解并翻译文中的句子”这一考点，将去年的“考查在理解句意基础上的书面表达能力”，改作“考查……翻译能力”，使考查的能力点更加明确。
再如，“识记文学名著的主要内容”这一考点，今年则简洁地表述为“要求识记主要故事情节，考查课外阅读的积累情况”，删去了对“经典细节和精彩对白”的考查要求，这在一定程度上避免了要求考生对名著中一些繁琐的细节死记硬背。
二是在阅读能力考查中，更注重对阅读文本本身的研读和理解。
譬如在现代文阅读的示例分析中，对各类能力的考查，都添加了“是否与原文一致”、“把握原文主要内容的基础上”、“把握文章内容”等内容。
在解说中对“原文”如此强调，是以往的《考试说明》所不及的。
三是示例颇有增加，其解说也更能帮助考生具体清晰地认知考试的要求。
譬如“文学类文本阅读”中，结合2011年北京卷《祁连雪》这一例题，对“个性化阅读和有创意的解读”进行了有效解说：“一要符合文本的内涵，二要调动自己的积累阐述获得的启示。

2012福建省高考详细说明
2012福建省高考详细说明据海峡都市报报道，今年我省高招将实施多项重大改革，包括首次允许外省务工人员随迁子女报考“高职单招”、优秀中职生可免试入读高职院校、专科试行按专业投档等方面。
昨日下午，省教育考试院召开新闻通气会，对今年我省考生关注的一些细节问题进行详细说明。
省内加分专业名单正在拟定针对往年专科层次许多不服从专业调剂的考生被退档的问题，今年我省文史类和理工类的高职(专科)批次试行按专业投档录取的模式，设40个专业志愿栏目供考生选择。
省教育考试院有关负责人表示，具体录取时，每一个专业即为一个录取单位，录取系统自动按专业检索。
此举虽增大招生部门工作量，但可以更好地保证考生的志愿满足率。
此外，对文史类、理工类高职(专科)批报考社会急需的省内高职(专科)专业的考生，在投档录取时予以加10分照顾。
目前，我省正研究制订具体的急需专业类别，名单随后将向社会公布，届时考生报考这些专业时，在录取时可自动加10分投档，不必再办理相关手续。
高职(专科)批征求志愿仅一次根据去年招生工作的实践，今年我省还将停止高职(专科)“注册入学”试点；高职单招取消“一档多投”中的考生确认环节，正式录取结果由录取系统依照考生填报的“平行志愿”顺序自动匹配确定；高职(专科)批只实行一次征求志愿，并在平行志愿第一轮投档录取结束后对生源不足的专业即予降分投档等。
省教育考试院有关负责人表示，去年的“一档多投、考生确认”，一些偏远地区的考生受网络条件限制，无法及时确认录取结果，无法最大化确保考生利益。
因此取消考生确认，直接按志愿填报顺序来确定，被多所院校录取的，就直接以考生志愿排序靠前的院校为准。
考生报考时，要注意把喜欢的专业按先后顺序进行填报。
加分照顾政策不变从今年开始，我省将集美大学调整到本一批招生。
但要注意的是，其航海类专业［航海技术、轮机工程、轮机工程(船舶电子电气工程方向)］是在本科提前批按本二批控制线录取，师范类是在本科提前批按本一批录取。

英语学科命题组
2012年高考英语（福建）试卷严格执行《2012年普通高等学校招生全国统一考试福建省（英语）考试说明》的具体要求，结合我省普通高中新课程英语教学实际，较为全面地检测考生语言知识和听、读、写的能力。
突出主干知识，注重知识的覆盖面，强化能力考查。
单项填空突出了对重点语法、核心词汇等主干知识的考查，每一题都设置了较为清晰的语境，表达相对完整的意义，要求考生在充分理解语境的基础上方能作出正确反应；完形填空、短文填词以考查实词为主，不仅考查词汇运用的正确性，还考查贴切性。
阅读理解突出了对学生语篇能力、逻辑思维等能力的考查，所设计的试题涵盖了《考试说明》中有关阅读理解的六个方面的能力要求，重点考核了考生依据文本理解具体信息和作出简单判断与推测的能力。
重视科学性与规范性。
试题紧扣《考试说明》的要求，注意难度、效度、区分度的把握，设题上充分考虑学生的认知特点，题目由易到难，循序渐进；以中档题为主，同时也设置个别略难的题目，以利选拔优秀学生。
在词汇量上严格按照《考试说明》的要求加以控制。
例如，完形填空词数294，阅读理解词数2280（含设题）。
题材丰富，语言地道，内容积极向上。
试卷中所用文本语料真实，语言地道，具有很强的可读性。
单项填空话题涉及平等尊重、南海保护、最新科技产品、惜时励志等；完形填空是民族融合的主题；阅读理解包括好人好事报道、经典文学作品摘选、叙述性的手机套餐广告、有关反应神经元的科普文章、关于学校假期调整的议论文等。
短文填词主题为如何树立自信心，贴近学生实际，具有深刻的教育意义；书面表达要求学生根据漫画用英语描述，并发表个人感想，主题凸显提高个人素养、增强环保及社会公德意识的教育意义。
试卷具有较强的思想性、教育性和时代性，体现了新课程“情感、态度、价值观”的目标。
保持稳定，适度创新。
试题保持了我省自主命题的优良传统，难度、测试要求与往年大同小异，无怪题、无偏题。
同时，今年英语试题也不乏新的亮点。
第一，首次选用文学作品作为阅读测试材料之一。
第二，书面表达情景设置借助漫画，独具匠心。
漫画内容较为简约，语言提示精炼，为考生提供更多的想象空间，开放程度也比往年更大。
这些变化势必对中学英语教学，特别是阅读和写作教学，起到良好的导向作用。
