无尘擦拭布的评估项目评估无尘擦拭布的目的在于提供一个较客观的方法,以确定无尘布可让客户安全地使用,制造商更可由此明确产品的优劣及改善的方向。

1、基本材质、外观(封边效果、纺织结构等)如普通聚酯(涤纶)擦拭布,超细纤维无尘布,机织布或是针织布;激光切割或冷裁等.2、尺寸、克重一般同种纺织结构的无尘布克重越大,其擦拭性能越好3、离子含量(IC:Ion contamination)利用离子色谱法分析法测量无尘布阴阳离子的含量.4、发尘量(LPC: Liquid Particle Count)所谓的LPC就是测试擦拭布发尘性的一个指标,将擦拭布放于DI水中浸泡,通过震荡,利用感应的仪器来测量水中的微粒含量.擦拭布基本都是测试LPC数据,因为擦拭布一般都在液态状况下使用.一般称此法为:液态Particle测量APC(Air Particle Coune)借着汉姆滚筒模拟受测物于实际使用中所产生尘粒的运动模式,利用粒子计数器(Particle Connt)测量于运动中所产生的微污染(Particle). 一般称此法为:干式Particle测量5、NVR/FITR(Silicone oil,amide,DOP)NVR非挥发性残留物测试.NVR测试主要是用相应溶剂做测试,将无尘布放在溶剂中浸泡,浸泡液经蒸发后,测试浸泡液里残留的非挥发性物质质量(即无尘布上残留的非挥发性物质质量)FTIR傅立叶红外光谱分析,FTIR测试主要检验无尘布是否含有硅油(Silicon oil) 、氨基化合物(Amide) 、增塑剂(Dop)6、吸液量吸液速率根据IEST-RP-CC004.3第8节要求,需测试无尘布的吸液量与吸液速率。

吸液量反映的量单位面积无尘布的吸收液体的毫升数。

吸液速率是指无尘布吸收10ML液体所需的时间。

IEST-RP-CC003服装系统建议标准污染控制工业标准 IEST-RP-CC003.3:洁净室和其他受控环境内的服装系统要求。

一、可能影响洁净室性能的服装系统因素包括服装的选择、保养、结构、有效性、原材料的性能特点、文字记录、整体性能、测试方法以及洗烫。

二、织物:一)总则:1.根据受控环境的污染控制程度等级、织物的成本、舒适性和耐用性来选择织物。

2.所选用的织物、纱线以及其它材料和配件可能会影响服装系统的性能。

二)织物的组织结构:1.可分为三种基本类别:梭织物、针织物以及非织造布。

2.每一种组织结构各有优、缺点,并且应用形式多样。

3.用于洁净室相关性能评价的织物需要通过行之有效的方法使其保持干净,并且清洁的方法需要和选择的杀菌消毒工艺相配合。

4.含有棉、亚麻和羊毛的织物会脱出颗粒和纤维,不能用于洁净室。

三)梭织物:1.特点:1)普遍用于洁净服织物结构,包括各种服装、帽罩、鞋类和面罩。

2)适用于各种级别的受控环境。

3)所用的纱线为连续聚酯长丝束。

纱线的数量、尺寸、形状和纹路不同可以赋予织物不同的性能特点。

4)在织机上垂直交错,一组沿着织物的长度方向,另一组从织物的一端横越至另一端的纱线分别称为:经纱和纬纱。

5)一种织物的浮线在编织过程中就已经确定下来。

这是由于一定数量的连续水平纱线与另一连续纱线交织的结果。

6)编织设计、纱线密度和长丝的选择对一种织物的厚度、克重、弹性和悬垂性、手感、过滤性和阻隔性能、舒适性、强度和耐久性起着至关重要的作用。

2.组织结构:A平纹组织是织物设计的最基本类别,纱线以一上一下的规律交织相临的纱线,可用于最致密、最轻、最薄的织物结构设计,通过轧光可使织物更加致密。

B斜纹组织:经纱从相临的两根或多根纬纱上面或下面穿过,织物表面通常呈现对角线外观效应,普通的斜纹组织如2×1、2×2和3×2,较长的浮长线使斜纹织物弹性好,因此较平纹织物手感柔软。

the hood when the wiper arms are raised,or you will damage the hood and wiperarms.Examine the new wiper blades.If they have no plastic or metal rein-forcement along the back edge, remove the metal reinforcement strips from the old wiper blade, and install them in the slots along the edge of the new blade.Slide the new wiper blade into the holder until the tabs lock.Slide the wiper blade 在半导体行业的洁净室中对无尘擦拭布尘粒、离子、ESD等有很高的要求。

IEST-RP-CC004.3提供了一些评估无尘擦拭布的方法。

无尘布需进行严格测试以达到性能要求和污染控制标准,一般无尘布需进行以下测试:▲抗磨损性测试通常,抗磨损性测试属于布料物理性质的测试。

但在无尘布的测试中,因为磨损的过程会产生尘粒,因此,将无尘布的抗磨损性测试归纳为污染控制范围更合适。

B2.5.1 范围和工作原理
汉姆克(Helmke)滚筒试验法用于测定模拟使用状态下工作服脱落的粒子数量,模拟状态为干燥状态下施加机械能。

被试服装在一个旋转的筒内翻转,布料上的颗粒物在受控条件下脱落。

离散粒子计数器在试验开始的最初10分钟内对筒内的空气采样。

利用采样获得的空气颗粒物浓度来计算颗粒物的散发率,再与表B2中的数值比较,确定特定类型服装的洁净度等级。

注:本试验方法以乔治•汉姆克(George Helmke)的名字命名,他同Dick Y eich发明了这种方法。

此方法亦称滚筒翻转法或滚筒法。

表B2所列服装洁净度等级参考了汉姆克早期报告的≥0.5 μm粒子的洁净度数据库。

之所以0.5 μm,这是受当时仪器的限制。

而后仪器的发展使本试验的粒子探测下限降至0.3 μm。

表B2中收入了≥0.3 μm粒子洁净度的限值。

B2.5.2 局限性
•大于5.0 μm的粒子很容易在粒子计数器的采样管内沉积,因此,本方法仅限于≤
5.0 μm的粒子。

对布料上大于5.0 μm粒子和纤维的推荐试验方法见B2.3,也可以
采用ASTM F51。

•定义服装洁净度等级需要2个参数:平均粒子散发率和参照粒径。

汉姆克服装洁净度等级就是规定粒径粒子的平均散发率(10分钟内每分钟粒子的平均计数)。

第8章描述了吸附量和吸附率试验方法。

第9章描述了擦拭产品的取样及测定生物负荷的方法。

操作时需用到灭菌设备及无菌技术。

本规程未将擦拭布按特定用途分类。

然而,本规程提供了擦拭材料常见重要特性合理实用的检测方法。

综合与用途有关的重要性能及试验结果,可对擦拭材料优点定量评定。

5 实验室规程建议一般而言,实验室规程建议为了提高标准试验过程所有实验室检测的质量和有效性。

提示:本规程不旨在解决所有与安全有关问题,如果有的话,与其使用相关。

使用本规程前,使用者应颁布合理的健康安全实践,并制定使用规章限定。

实验室规程建议包括:a)系统空白可能的话,为保证与检测有关的所有器材、设备、试剂和材料的洁净,试验时需操作系统空白。

系统空白是指检测不含样品的被分析物(如颗粒,离子,NVR 等特性)。

一般规定,系统空白值应不超过样品测定值的15%。

b)取样及分析为保证检测合理的精确度,用于分析的样品量应充足。

可能的话,样品尺寸要足够大,至少是分析检测限的两倍。

(见5f)。

如果在检测限以下,则检测报告写“检测限以下”(“0”表明没有,因此检测报告应填写“检测限以下”而非“0”).如果还有可能的话,尺寸要足够大,保证样品检测结果尽可能高于空白的7倍。

(5a)c)环境样品及空白系统的所有颗粒、离子准备试验需在无被测物污染的环境操作。

包括ISO 5级在0.5 μm的清洁罩下或者更洁净的环境。

除非不可操作,否则吸附力,电阻和生物负荷的试验应在类似洁净的环境下操作。

d)样品处理如果可以的话,为避免外来污染,所有样品处理要用洁净的洁净室手套,镊子和钳子,在5c描述的环境操作。

e)校正和有效性(见ASTM E548和IEST-RP-CC-013-86T)实验室应制定合理的设备校正时间间隔。

仪器或系统的校正需参照有关标准。

任设备运行核实至少一年一次,任何重大运行后也需核实。

实验室需对分析仪器系统或单个设备的操作设定限制。

f)检测限可能的话,利用校正数据的回归分析,设定试验检测限。

详细方法见SEMI C10-0998。

用可获得每种被测物校正数据的分析设备测定离子浓度。

据此,可获得每种离子的检测限。

g)可溶性物质的回归性研究为了确认某种建议试验方法的可信度,用已知量的合适被测物做一次或多次样品试验是较合适方法。

被测物的回归性越高,表明建议试验方法的可信度越高。

h)数值分析可能的话,需操作多次试验,计算均值和偏差。

过程测定指标(PMI),又名R&R 百分比计算,被推荐为擦拭布试验验证的一部分。

产品特性试验的一个重要作用在于分辨与性能问题有关的产品类别;即,区别两种类别的一部分或很多部分差异的能力。

参考文献1和3以更易理解的方式讲述了这部分内容。

参考文献2有详尽描述。

这些参考资料表明与检测过程有关的统计误差与检测过程有关。

R&R百分比计算是最常用的计量值量规(区别于属性计)。

属性计介绍见参考1,P81。

R&R百分比计算定义为:PG R&R=100×σm/σt (1)式中:σ是与测量属性有关的标准偏差m是包括产品自身变化和测量过程变化有关的总标准方差σt每种产品流都有与测定特性有关的PG R&R。

正因如此,一些使用者用PMI描述PG R&R。

当PG R&R很小,试验方法适用于质量控制过程或已评定的产品流。

如果一种试验方法的所有使用者都很难获得可接受的PG R&R值,这也许表明试验方法不实用。

因此,PMI被建议为清洁室和其它受控环境擦拭材料试验认证程序和连续验证、试验合理有效的一部分。

PG R&R观测值评价指导:PG R&R<10:好10<PG R&R<30:一般正确PG R&R>30:测试系统需改进有关PG R&R统计值应用于试验验证的详细资料见1-3。

i)报告一份简要分析应包括以下信息:分析日期报告日期分析人报告填写人批号或其它样品鉴定信息检测类型设备参数样品准备参数系统空白值测试值检测限数值分析6 颗粒检测方法不像擦拭材料其它污染物的检测,一块擦拭布可产生的颗粒数没有确定答案。

擦拭布表面颗粒是有限的。

然而,擦拭布也可能是另一种颗粒的来源,不存在擦拭布表面,由机械力作用产生的颗粒。

存在擦拭布表面的定义颗粒为释放颗粒。

机械作用产生的颗粒定义为产生颗粒。

颗粒和擦拭材料的这种模式相当于假定擦拭布存在特征应力-应变曲线。

如果将擦拭布单位区域内的总颗粒数与单位区域内作用力一一对应制图,那么随着机械力的实施,任何擦拭布产生的颗粒数都将上升。

曲线类型表明擦拭布释放和产生颗粒趋势。

最初,当擦拭布浸润在合适的试验液体中,大部分准备释放的颗粒离开擦拭布。

由于力的使用,紧紧吸附在擦拭布表面的颗粒会移动,随着能量的增加,擦拭布会产生颗粒并且移动到试验溶液。

本操作规程可实现曲线上两点的确定。

第一点,利用轨道震荡试验获得(见6.1.4),表示轻微作用下,擦拭布释放的释放和产生颗粒。

曲线上第二点,利用双轴震荡试验获得,表示在强作用力下,擦拭布产生的释放和再生颗粒。

由于擦拭布释放颗粒数的答案不是唯一的,本操作规程提供了两种样品准备技术,可尽可能模拟擦拭布使用中遇到的典型压力。
