OL YMPUS AU400全自动生化分析仪常见故障分析及排除方法1样品探针堵塞(仪器报警“CLEAN SMP PROBE”)分析:血液凝固不好,血清中混有纤维蛋白原;血清中混有脱脂棉丝。

排除:①用湿棉签在探针停留的刹那间迅速擦试探针,仪器将继续吸下份标本;②按PAUSE键,仪器转到暂停状态,用湿棉签擦拭探针,按DIAG 键冲洗吸样探针后按START键继续工作。

预防:标本上机前让其充分凝固,分离好血清或者用微量肝素抗凝血液。

2样品链条被卡住(仪器报警“HOLDER ERROR”)分析:样品链条被血清污染,活动不灵活所致。

排除:经常用稀释的清洗剂浸泡样品链条,用清水冲净晾干,保持链条清洁干净,预防故障再次发生。

3仪器不能识别样品链架子号或识别错误(仪器报警“HOLDER ????”)分析:识别架子号的小孔内有灰尘,遮挡光线而致。

排除:用棉签沾水或者无水乙醇擦拭识别架子的六个小孔,清除灰尘,使之保持清洁。

4比色杯传送错误(仪器报警“CUV JAM”或“CUV MIS”或“CUV ERROR”)仪器自动转到PAUSE或STOP状态。

分析:①比色杯在杯盒中卡住,不能正常上杯子;②比色杯盒传送错误;③比色杯装倒,进入比色轮不能搏下。

排除:①按PACK/CHANGE键,更换一盒新的比色杯,按STATR键继续;②当仪器转到停止状态时,先将比色轮中比色杯搏下,重新装好,按F3转到STANDBY状态再按START 开始。

5试剂探针识别错误或传动错误或堵塞(仪器报警“ERR FE 5C O4”或“ERR RFD****”时,仪器自动转到STOP状态)分析:①探针识别器有灰尘,造成识别错误;②试剂探针传动错误或探针堵塞。

排除:①用湿布清擦仪器后方横梁上和探针边黑盖下边的探针识别器;②按F3转到STAND BY状态,让探针复位后按主机上DIAG键冲洗试剂探针,看看冲洗是否顺利,若有堵塞,拆开仪器后面铁板,找到试剂探针管道用大空针注水疏通试剂探针即可。

Dimension Rxl生化分析仪常见操作报警的原因及处理美国DADE公司的Dimension Rxl全自动生化分析仪,应用了现代机械和电子信息最新的技术,自动化程度高、操作简易、具有独特的屏幕界面和完善的信息交流系统,可用标准品、因数、定标曲线进行测量,能作质控数据统计,全自动绘画质控图,无二次污染,系统在运行中不断进行检测和控镪,若有不正常情况会发出信号,提示操作者正确按键和使用。

我院于1999年引进了该仪器,经五年多的使用,在室内室问质控中都取得了好成绩.现将最常见的操作报警的原因及处理方法分析总结,望有助于同行使用该仪器。

1 报警“IMT Failed To Calibrate”原因:①IMT Stan—dard Fluid Detect Failure I②IMT Failed To Autoalign;⑧IM T Sandard Air Deteetd Failure,④电极块寿命到期。

处理:①检查IMT所有消耗品是否有空缺,如有空缺补上I②按照Clean IMT Sys程序清洗IMT管道l③检查“X”管道是否损坏,“X3”管道是否阻塞。

如有阻塞拆下用30 g/dl的次氯酸钠浸泡30 rain后再重新装上;④检查定标斜率,如斜率达不到标准,更换电极块即可.2 报警“Floppy Not Ready”原因:启动程序用的软盘没安装好或损坏。

处理:①拿下软盘,重新插入软驱.②如软盘损坏,需要新备份新的启动盘,再装上.重新备份新的启动盘可按以下程序执行:按正常程序关机,待主机显示关机画面时输入“51 Enter,在空的软驱内插入一张空的软盘Enter,计算机自动备份,备份完毕自动进入开机程序。

3 报警“Bad Cuvette”原因:①Diaph损坏l②Air pres—sure Too Low,~Film用完。

处理:①更换DiaphI②按照以下程序:主菜单一F7(DIAGNoSTICE)一F1(ELEcTRO)一F4(CUVETTE)一F6(CO MPRESSOR)调节Air Pres—sure4.0至6.0I⑧更换Film。

②样本针垂直运动错误,碰撞。

故障处理措施:关闭分析部电源后,清除样本针垂直运动路径中的障碍物。

③样本针垂直运动错误,碰撞传感器保持。

故障处理措施:关闭分析部电源后,用手捏住样本针向上轻推,检查弹簧是否能够自由活动。

故障报警信息,试剂针单元结果错误:①液路控制失败,未检测到外壁清洗水液面。

故障处理措施:关闭分析部电源后,检查去离子水桶是否已空,必要时添加去离子水。

检查样本针注射器是否漏液,打开分析部中门盖,可以看到样本注射器在右边,观察三通部分是否漏液,如有与厂商联系。

如无进行观察样本注射器下部活塞导向螺母处是否漏液。

有更换注射器活塞。

关闭分析部中门盖。

检查样本针是否挂液,若挂液,与厂商联系。

故障处理措施:关闭分析部电源后,检查试剂瓶的规格;检查试剂盘是否锁紧到样本盘驱动轴上。

④试剂针垂直运动错误,碰撞传感器保持:故障处理措施:关闭分析部电源后,用手捏住试剂针向上轻推,检查弹簧是否能够自由活动。

⑤非法液面检测:故障处理措施:关闭分析部电源后,确认所用的试剂瓶的规格。

检查试剂针注射器是否漏液,打开分析部中门盖,可以看到试剂注射器在左边,观察三通部分是否漏液。

有与厂商联系。

如无进行观察试剂注射器下部活塞导向螺母处是否漏液。

如有更换注射器活塞。

• 故障2:仪器工作时出现与平时正常工作时 不同的噪音,期间无任何报警,发现质控 TBIL、DBIL失控,结果均降低违背13S, 校准后重做质控品亦未能恢复。
故障检修
TBIL、DBIL失控,结果均降低违背13S,校准后重做质控品 亦未能恢复,此情况肯定与噪音有关,检测样本时仔细观 察噪音来源。发现噪音来源于R1搅拌棒,遂停机将R1及 R2搅拌棒盖子打开并做机械检查,发现R1搅拌棒第二个 齿轮未转动导致摩擦增大发出噪音,R1搅拌棒亦只轻微 转动几下就停止了。本以为灰尘将齿轮卡住摩擦增大所致, 遂停机将搅拌棒以及齿轮取下来用95%酒精擦拭并在齿轮 上加黄油以减小摩擦。开机启动噪音仍然存在,搅拌棒亦 未转动。仍然在第二个齿轮那里停止的,停机重新将搅拌 棒以及齿轮取下仔细比对发现带动第二个齿轮的轴承里面 弹珠卡住轴承,不能转动。联系工程师更换轴承,噪音消 失,校准重做质控品TBIL、DBIL在控。TBIL、DBIL对R1 搅拌棒依赖比其余项目灵敏,问题解决后亦庆幸不是R2 搅拌棒未转动,不然失控的项目就多了,且影响更是远超 R1搅拌棒。
分析及对策
平时需要养成认真观察的习惯,只有在仪器 正常工作时认真观察,才能对仪器出现的 异常状态作出判断,不然噪音就无法发现, 在日常维护搅拌棒时应轻轻擦拭,避免暴 力。定期(每半年)拆开搅拌棒盖子,洗 耳球等清洁齿轮。

三。不报警故障

罗氏P800全自动生化分析仪的保养及常见故障报警分析随着检验医学不断地发展,检验技术日新月异,检验的塑源性显得极为重要,全自动生化分析仪是现代医院必不可少的检验设备。

罗氏全自动生化分析仪具有自动化程度高,速度快,操作简便,故障率低,系统重复性好,准确度高以及能模块组合等优点,成为现代医院首选的仪器设备。

我院于2010年3月购置了罗氏公司的MODULP800全自动生化分析仪,现将该仪器的保养和使用过程中出现常见故障报警分析和处理方总结如下,供同行借鉴,以更好保养仪器,确保检验质量。

1 仪器的保养1.1每日保养1.1.1开机保养:开机后仪器自动执行空气排空、试剂灌注、孵育池水更换、光学检测系统检查等保养程序。

1.1.2每天工作完毕,关机前进行绿架子冲洗,绿架子1号位放1NNaOH洗液,2号位放4NNaOH洗液,3号架子放新鲜透亮的血清,置于急诊位后,选择执行保养菜单中的Guan ji bao yang,仪器将自动执行保养(约要20分钟),保养结束后仪器自动关机。

1.1.3每天工作完毕关机后应执行下列保养:用蘸75%的酒精的干净纱布擦拭吸样针、试剂针、搅拌针、冲洗针的表面,再用蘸蒸馏水的干净纱布擦拭,然后用湿布擦拭仪器表面。

1.2每周保养1.2.1每周周一开机后仪器自动进行周保养,执行空气排空、试剂灌注、孵育池水更换、比色杯冲洗、比色杯空白检测、光学检测系统检查等保养程序。

1.2.2用干净的纱布蘸去离子水,擦去ISE排水口的结晶。

1.2.3检查真空罐如发现真空罐内有积水,应立即排去真空罐内的积水。

1.2.4执行关机:每周应执行一次彻底断电关机。

操作:先执行常规关机,再关闭仪器右侧的主电源,5分钟后即可开机。

1.3每月保养:仪器在Stand By 状态下,清洁水箱和冰箱压缩机过滤膜,关机后,擦洗孵育池、反应杯的外壁及过滤网,必要时更换反应杯。

清洗样本针、试剂针和搅拌针。

1.4季度保养:更换注射器垫圈和清洁进水过滤网。

IMT系统“IMTFailedToCalibrate”即IMT定标失败;“IMTStandardAirDetectFailure”即IMT系统应该检测到空气时未检测到。

故障排除:①更换定标液并修改电解质系统数据;②添加CO2电极参比液,使液面至标准线;③漂洗电解质系统管道或更换相应管道;④清洗QuikLYTESensor或更换;⑤清洗堵塞的空气滤网;⑥校正离子泵。

马达丢步故障“SampleFlushPumpLostSteps”即样本针马达丢步;“Reagent2FlushPumpLostSteps”即R2针马达丢步。

故障排除:①清除注射器螺旋杆上的油泥,适当润滑螺旋杆;②卸下注射器,适当润滑注射器活塞;③清洁润滑样品针和试剂针臂杆。

比色杯成形系统“BadCuvette”即坏杯子,“BadCuvetteRepeatedlyFormed”即坏杯子连续出现。

“CuvettefailedPhotometricQCCheck”即比色杯质检不能通过。

此时仪器反复报警,测定速度变慢。

故障排除:①更换比色杯硅胶套;②检查管道是否漏气并更换;③调节压力开关使压力达到20psi;④进入比色窗清洁版面,清洗脏窗口;⑤清洁10个不同波长的滤光片,然后进行光路定标。

甘油三酯等项目异常偏高或出现负值生化分析仪可能存在交叉污染。

全自动生化分析仪常见故障及处理日立7170A全自动生化分析仪是我院从日立公司购进的分析仪,它具有准确度高、速度快、重复性好等特点,是理想的生化分析仪,在中国拥有很大的用户群。

多年的使用过程中我们总结了一些故障及处理方法,现介绍如下。

1故障一、SAMPLE(样品不足)当未放标本(或标本不足),标本中混有纤维蛋白或混有气泡时,仪器会出现SAMPLE报警。

处理:检查未放置的标本号重新放入(或补充标本量),混有纤维蛋白的样本必须再次离心以除去纤维蛋白,混有气泡的标本吸去气泡。

若仍不能排除纤维蛋白可能堵塞吸样针,停机并用专用软钢丝疏通吸样针。

2故障二、REAGENT(试剂不足)在测定过程中试剂针由于试剂不足或有气泡时没有检测到液面出现报警并停止该项目测定。

处理:每日测定前加足量试剂和注意除去气泡,进入REAGENTS菜单按Level作试剂量的检测以确定各试剂能满足每日检测需要。

当出现此报警时,须等仪器StandBy状态时,进入REAGENTS菜单,重新开启已封的试剂通道,才能再次检测该项目。

3故障三、CELL(杯空白异常)3.1反应杯水量不足在仪器工作过程中,清洗机构1和清洗机构2注入反应杯的水量不足,引起杯洗不干净。

处理:停机后取下,清洗机构1和清洗机构2并放在5g/dl次氯酸钠液中,在维护画面上选MechanismCleck,再用清水冲洗。

在取下清洗机构1和清洗机构2时要非常注意不要碰到旁边的小白块,以免小白块移位后划伤和磨损反应杯。

3.2反应杯不干净原因是1D1和1D2清洗液或HIALKLI-D碱液不足,引起清洗不彻底。

处理:加足量1D1和1D2清洗液和HIALKLI-D 碱液。

在维护画面上按CellDetergentPrime作清洗处理并作杯空白测定,若反应杯脏污严重,须将反应杯取出浸泡于2g/dlHIALKLI-D碱液中过夜,用棉签沾上HIALKLI-D碱液轻轻擦拭,再用清水充分清洗,装上反应杯后再测杯空白,若杯空白值仍过大时需要更换新的反应杯。

分析及对策
此故障迷惑人之处就是吸引软管无液体漏出 而忽略。把简单问题复杂化。心得体会: 还是观察不够仔细。
目的
• 工作中应养成仔细观察的好习惯, 了解仪器正常工作时的情况。生化仪应专 人专用,按要求做好维护保养工作,并确 保整套生化体系(包括生化仪、反应用水 系统、电力供给、温度控制和空气质量、 反应耗材等)的良好状态。这样不但可以 确保良好的反应条件,保证检验质量,还 可以减少故障发生、延长仪器使用寿命, 即使发生故障也能自己处理一些,为临床 提供的更好服务。
故障检修
首先排除试剂原因,重开一批ISE试剂,然后进行试剂灌注 50次后现象依然存在。后用ISE校准品定标,定标未通过, ISE被屏蔽,彻底不能做了。问题变严重了。此时才发现 问题的严重性,打开IES试剂仓门仔细观察吸量器有无漏 液及气泡,结果均正常,检查样品针,无挂液也无堵塞。 电极恒温槽内也无漏液。进行ISE CHECK同一电极前后 值差>0.2mV.没办法又将电极全部更换,再校准,依然不 能通过。此时只得打电话叫工程师来了。工程师检查外部 情况后,亦未发现原因,没法拆机子里面也未发现问题。 工程师将ISE夹断管取出仔细观察后发现夹阀那里的软管 磨损严重尽管无液体漏出但有漏气,导致试剂不准,更换 后进行试剂灌注、校准故障解除。
故障检修
出现如此大面积失控,在排除质控品本身后,怀疑仪器故障 ①试剂温控系统出现故障导致试剂大量变质,停机查看试 剂仓温度正常且无仪器报警排除;②生化仪检测用水质量, 水机工作正常电导率 0.09 us/cm,排除水质;③仪器检测 系统问题,继续检测标本,仔细观察加样针,试剂针是否 堵塞导致加样量不准所致,未见针挂壁及有水珠滴下等。 然后发现比色杯上方清洗机构1挂液并有液体滴入比色杯。 考虑吸水管道有污物堵住。我们用一根粗细软硬适中的金 属导线,顺着吸水管向上疏通,遇有阻力,转动导丝慢慢 疏通,往返几次,然后用注射器打84消毒液,污物排出变 通畅,处理后仪器进行清洗,重做质控品在控故障得到排 除

雅培i-STAT血液分析仪错误代码表

i-STAT分析仪简介i-STAT是一台在监护点附近就可以完成血液分析的仪器。

由雅培公司设计生产,使用2节9V电池供电。

每次检测仅需要2~3滴全血,大约2分钟即可显示定量分析的结果,并可由手提打印机打印分析结果或将结果传送到中央数据站。

目前,广泛应用于各大医院的手术室,可在手术过程中快速分析手术病人的血气、离子等指标,使用比较方便。

该设备包括手持式测试器1个,9V电池2节,电子模拟器1个(用于测试仪器),手持式打印机1台,中央数据站1台(选配)。

屏幕显示的提示符描述如下:LCK:在测试过程中屏幕上出现LCK表示测试片或电子模拟器被锁定于仪器中,此时不可取出,只有在屏幕上的LCK提示符显示后,方可将测试片或电子模拟器取出。

如果LCK提示符长时间不消失,不要试图生硬取出测试片或电子模拟器,应联系维修人员处理。

BAT:当电池电压低于7.4V时出现此提示符,此时所剩电力可供大约50个标本检测。

当电量耗尽时显示DEAD BATTERIES信息。

SIM:仪器如已有8小时未用电子模拟器进行测试,或者在测试完成后发现错误会出现此提示符,这时需要用电子模拟器测试机器,如果测试通过,可继续使用,否则,需要联系维修人员。

SFT:在仪器软件到期前15天显示此提示符,与技术服务部联系软件升级。

i-STAT错误代码仪器错误代码信息i-STAT系统完成多次测量,任何品质检验失败都会使测试中止并显示“Cause”和“Action”信息及一个错误代码Cause(原因)信息:此信息说明品质检验不通过的大致原因,例如:检测到过量灌注的测试片,分析器将显示“Sample Positioned Beyond fill Mark”Action(操作)信息:此信息指出适当的操作。

例如:分析器下次使用时品质检验可能会再次不合格时,会显示“Use Electronic Simulator”(使用电子模拟器)的说明。

如果问题涉及操作者或测试片,会显示“Use Another Cartridge”(使用另一只测试片)的说明。
