书面表达解题步骤：

1、审：审定体裁、题材、人称、时态、结构等；

2、编：编写要点，按顺序列出；

3、写：连词成句，连句成文；

4、查：查内容，查格式，查语法，查书写等。

申请信审题提示：

1、审定体裁、题材：①书信、申请

2、审定人称：②第一和第二人称

3、审定时态：③现在时，将来时

4、审定要点：④认识，优势，计划

5、审定结构：⑤可分为三或四段

申请信篇章结构设计：

第一段：自我介绍，信息来源，写作目的

第二、（三）段：申请理由及自身所具备的长处与优点

结束段：期望（要表达出真诚与委婉）

常用表达法：

第一段：自我介绍，信息来源，写作目的

I read with interest your advertisement ……and would like to take up the challenge as ……

I am very interested in your advertisement for ……

I am writing to apply for……

I wish to apply for the position of ……

I am writing to express my interest in……

I am very interested in the possibilities of working with your club as a teacher assistant.

第二、（三）段：申请理由及自身所具备的长处与优点

（Main body：How to show your advantages ability, good qualities, experience, personality, motivation, etc.）
