Install the new coil-over assembly.With remote reservoir models makesure that the hoses are facing outwardand towards the rear of the vehicle(Fig. 2). Connect the top shock hatto the vehicle using the bolts andwashers provided or with PerformanceSeries models connect the top shockhat to the vehicle using the nutsFig. 1provided. Ford bolt pattern has nodot marking (Fig. 3). tighten all three bolts/nuts to 24 ft* lbs. (You will need to remove the outer two bolts toinstall the reservoir bracket in step 11.)9. Connect theshock to thelower controlarm, reusingthe stockbolt andnut. torqueto factoryspecifications.10. On externalreservoirmodels,install thereservoirbracket byplacing it overthe coil-overframe bucket.Reinstall thetwo bolts atthe top andtorque to24 ft* lbs.11. On external reservoir models, installthe reservoir onto the reservoirbracket with the supplied hose clamps.12. Reinstall the outer tie rod ends andtorque to factory specifications.13. Check that the suspension has properclearance by steering completely inboth directions.14. Reinstall both front wheels and torqueto factory specifications.15. Set the vehicle back on the groundand drive it back and forth several feet to allow the suspension to settle. nowmeasure the new ride height and make adjustments if necessary. to adjust the ride height, first lift the vehicle (referto the InStallatIOn guIdelIneS for instructions on how to properly lift the vehicle). after properly lifted, loosenthe top lock ring, and adjust the mainspring retainer. 1.概述DF150C剑杆织机控制器(以下简称DF150C),是为剑杆织机研制的微处理器控制系统,是剑杆织机电气控制装置中的核心,DF150C内部采用单片微处理技术,进行合理的软件、硬件配置,通过传感器,接触器以及其他部件完成对剑杆织机的控制。
DF150C具有技术先进、功能齐全、结构合理、稳定性好、控制精度高且外型美观等优点,它是在原DF150A、DF150B型的基础上改进提高优化设计的新型号(它的引出端子相同,具有互换性)。
1.1 DF150C主要功能a)以独立落地柜箱式,集中配置相关控制元器件;b)控制织机电磁离合器、制动器的吸合和释放;c)具有点动、一纬、启动、定位停车、急停等功能;d)具有发生经停、纬停、储纬停故障的自动定位停车功能,以及发生其他故障的保护停车功能;e)LED面板直观的显示织机的整个运行动作,以及定位传感器的信号输入情况;f)具有对定位停车角度进行灵活修正的功能,使机器的开车、停车处于最佳位置;g)具有灵活调整点动灵敏度的功能。

2 产品执行标准GB/T7958-2000 Q/RD003-20083 防爆型式及标志防爆型式:矿用隔爆兼本质安全型防爆标志:Exd[ib]I4 使用环境条件可用于具有甲烷煤尘爆炸性混合物的煤矿井下。
环境温度:0~+40℃周围空气相对湿度不大于95%(在25℃时);大气压力:80~106kpa;贮存环境环境温度为:-40℃~+60℃。
5 型式及基本条款5.1 型号含义发爆器的型号含义如下:主参数,额定引爆发数电容式发爆器6 技术技术性能指标见表27 工作原理及线路原理首先将已串接好待放雷管的放炮母线两端分别接于两接线端上,此时导通测量回路工作,红色指示灯亮.当开关打至”充电”位置时,晶体管开始振荡并经变压器输出端输出一交变电压,此电压经二极管整流后(100发经4倍电压整流后)对主电容进行充电;当充电电压达到额定值时,电压指示灯亮后,稳定电路进入稳压状态,使主振回路间歇振荡,电压指示灯闪亮,此时将开关打至“放炮”位置进行放炮。

5.分析仪启动程序步骤
尽管您的分析仪已经经过了彻底的测试与校准,然而仍有必要进行适当的气体连接,在启动分析仪前先让传感器充液。
启动分析仪需遵循如下程序步骤:
A.传感器充液
B.样品气体连接
C.输出信号连接
D.启动分析仪
注意:
为避免损坏您的分析仪,
·无电解液时不应操作分析仪。
·不要使用多于一瓶的电解液。
·无气体流动时切勿运行分析仪。
·微量水平分析仪暴露在空气中时操作时间不应超过几分钟
·切勿超出压强与流量限制
电解液是一种碱性溶液。
处理碱性溶液前请参阅65页的“原料安全数据单”。
5.1 传感器充液
对于远程安装的传感器,请参阅第7页“增加电解液”。
5.1.1拆卸传感器
1.打开前面板,
2.关闭电源,
3.断开连接传感器的电缆,
4.拧松传感器前的两个滚花拇指螺钉,
5.从分析仪的背面入气口连接处拆卸堵头螺母,
6.如果分析仪配备有不锈钢出口管道项,从出口堵头连接处拆卸螺母,
7.仔细的将传感器从分析仪中滑出几英寸,
8.拆卸位于顶部的流量计快速断开器,(如果分析仪配备有不锈钢出口管道项,请忽略该部步)
9.将传感器从机箱内完全移出
5.1.2增加电解液
1. 将盖从传感器中拧出。
2. 将一瓶Delta F电解质全部添加到传感器。
3. 将盖更换并盖牢。
5.1.3重新安装传感器
1.在流量计顶部附装快速断开器。
(如果分析仪配备有不锈钢出口管道项,请忽略该步)
2.仔细的将传感器移入分析仪。
3.将翼型螺钉拧紧。
4.重新连接电缆至传感器。
5.更换分析仪背面入气口连接处的堵头螺母。
注:将螺母拧紧后,用扳手将其额外再扭10
度。
切勿将堵头螺母拧得过紧。
6. 如果分析仪配备有不锈钢出口管道项,替换出口堵头装置处的螺母。
7.开始气体流动前让传感器搁置60分钟。
5.2样品气体连接
注:气体压强介于1.0至5.0 psig之间,使用气源与分析仪之间的高质量流量控制阀来设置流率。
您可能有一个安装于传感器支架上并可达门后的选择性流量控制阀。
(见18页“流量控制阀”)。
气体压强高于5.0 psig,使用高质量压强调整器来设置流率。
注:
为了达到最好的效果,将电解质注入传感器后,开始气体流动前让传感器搁置60分钟。
5.2.1气体连接
1.将气体连接到在分析器背面标有样品入口的1/8英寸压缩装置上。
2.将门打开,使用流量控制阀或压强调节器缓慢的调节流率直至流量计显示1.0 scfh。
3.如果你使用除氮气以外的气体,你必须遵循下表1所示来设置显示流率。
注:除非另有要求,分析仪是用氮气进行工厂校准的。
如果使用了不是它要用于校准的背景气体,分析仪读数将不精确。
如果分析仪使用了除氮气以外的气体校准,该气体将被记录在前门内部的校准日志和显示器下方的标签上。
5.3输出信号连接
运行该步骤时,下述考虑十分重要:
·除非另有特殊规定,否则模拟输出信号为出厂设置的0-10 VDC。
·模拟输出信号与氧气在仪器上的读数成比例。
·如果你有三量程分析仪,输出量刻度将会按您所选择的量程显示。
·最小阻抗的负荷是1万欧姆。
5.4启动分析仪
1.检查电压指示器,核实分析仪设定在所需的110或220 VDC。
注:电源线不包括与分析仪以220VDC指示操作。
电力供应是通过一个标准的IEC 60320 C13连接器完成的。
2.浓度低于100ppm时,在电源和传感器打开之前,让空气流吹扫分析仪5分钟使其得到“清洁”。
3. 三量程分析仪应设为最高浓度。
4. 确定传感器关闭按钮不处于按下状态。

6. 让分析仪有几分钟的时间用于调整到其应在的范围内。
7.将开关逐步切换至读数允许的较低范围。
5.5额外功能
您的分析仪可能配备额外功能。

10.维护和校准检查
10.1 传感器维护
Delta F分析仪无需日常维护,除非是偶然需要增加传感器Delta F补充溶液。
暴露的干燥样气会逐渐从传感器中提取液体。
在此类情况下,溶液添加的频率将变得稍高。
通常情况下,干燥的气体每月可以减少液位10-20毫升。
溶液按季度添加的情况比较典型。
首先在每个月或每两个月检查传感器水平将很好的用于依照您的应用决定哪个比率电解质水平在下降的。
注:当电解质很低时,增加Delta F补充溶液。
不要增加电解质溶液!且不宜加的过满。
10.1.1恢复电解液液面
1.打开仪器前面板
2.从传感器盒内将电解池盖。
3.使用分析仪所带的加水瓶,缓慢添加Delta F补充溶液注满至Max线。
不要加的过满。
不要增加电解液。
4.重新将盖子盖牢。
10.2校准
所有的Delta F分析仪都是在工厂发货之前用注册气体标准校准的。
使用前无需额外校准。
根据应用,跨度校准大约每12周需用已知浓度气体和高质量管道元件检查一次。
应用含醛醇或酸跨度校准的背景气体,每三个月应检查一次跨度校准,且有必要更换电解液。
联系Delta F专门维护推荐人。
注:
除非有特定要求,分析仪是用氮气进行工厂校准的。
如果使用了不是它要用于校准的背景气体,分析仪读数将不精确。
如果分析仪使用一种除了氮气以外的气体校准,该气体将被记录在前面板内部的校准日志和显示器下方的标签上。
见19页的气体刻度系数。
10.2.1调整校准
如果有必要进行校准调节,需完成以下操作步骤:
10.2.1.1
A.记录当前校准参考值
注:工厂校准参考值记录在传感器上
1.打开前面板。
2.找到观察参考切换开关。
见图28
3.将切换开关合于跨度上,记录下显示器所示的跨度校准参考值。
在这个数字前面加个负
号来将其与氧气读数区分开来。
忽略小数点,因为选择的范围不同,它将位于不同的位置。
4.同样地记录零校准参考值。
5.释放切换开关。
6.允许分析器有10秒时间来返回正常操作。
注:将切换开关掷于跨度位置,冻结模拟输出的当前氧气值。
切换开关释放10秒钟后,模拟输出氧气器显示最后一个有效的氧气值。
在延迟的10秒内再次合上观察参考切换开关,将显示一个无意义的数字。
10.2.1.2 B.调整跨度/零校准
1.将校准过的跨度或零气体用于分析仪。
2.给分析仪以充裕的时间来平衡。
3.如有必要,缓慢的用适当的跨度或零校准来获得与跨度或零校准气体一致的氧气读数。
4.记录如上述的参考值。
5.给分析仪10秒时间来返回正常操作。
注:
零基准线漂移相较于仪器的精确度而言是很小的。
所以,对于大多数应用,有必要调整分析仪的零设置值。
10.2.2调节校准(运用安装的气体刻度因素选择)
对于安装有气体刻度因素的分析仪,跨度校准电位器位于传感器关闭按钮的右侧。
在进行校准调节时(如上所述),跨度表没有跨度校准参考值。
进而没有必要合上观察参考切换开关。
简单的校准如上所述的跨度表使显示值等于跨度气体值。
10.3分析仪清洁
在打算清洁分析仪之前,关闭所有的电源并拔掉电源线。
用一块柔软的微湿的织物清洁附件的外部。
避免使用溶剂或以氨为基础的清洁剂。
