外贸术语：保险单据
保险单据就是保险人和被保险人之间订立保险合同之正式书面证明，反映了保险人和被保险人之间之权利和义务关系，也就是保险人之承保证明。

当发生保险责任范围内之损失时，它又就是保险索赔和理赔之主要依据。

让咱们来看看保险单之种类有哪些吧！
1. Insurance Policy
Insurance Policy即保险单，俗称“大保单〞，它就是一种独立之保险凭证。

一旦货物受到损失，承保人和被保险人都要按照保险条款和投保险别来分清货损，处理索赔。

例句
When the insurance policy indicates that it has been issued in more than one original, all originals must be presented.
如果保险单说明其以多份正本出具，所有正本均须提交。

An insurance policy is acceptable in lieu of an insurance certificate or a declaration under an open cover.
可以接受保险单代预约保险项下之保险证明书或声明书。

2. Insurance Certificate
Insurance Certificate指保险凭证，俗称“小保单〞，就是一种较简单之保险凭证。

这种保险凭证格式简单，但它和保险单具有同等之法律效力。

例句
An insurance certificate must appear to be issued and signed by an insurance company, an underwriter or their agents or their proxies.
保险凭证必须看似由保险公司或承保人或其代理人或代表出具并签署。

An insurance certificate must indicate that risks are covered at
least between the place of taking in charge or shipment and the place of discharge or final destination as stated in the credit.
保险凭证须说明承保之风险区间至少涵盖从信用证规定之货物接管地或发运地开始到卸货地或最终目之地为止。

3. Combined Insurance Certificate
Combined Insurance Certificate为联合保险凭证，利用商业发票在上面加盖保险章，注明保险编号、险别、金额、装载船名、开船日期等，以此作为保险凭证。

它和保险单有同等效力，但不能转让。

例句
The date of a combined insurance certificate must be no later than the date of shipment, unless it appears f rom the insurance
document that the cover is effective from a date not later than the date of shipment.
联合保险凭证日期不得晚于发运日期，除非保险单据说明保险责任不迟于发运日生效。

A combined insurance certificate must indicate the amount of
insurance coverage and be in the same currency as th e credit.
联合保险凭证必须说明投保金额并以和信用证相同之货币表示。

4. Open Policy
Open Policy指预约保险单，就是保险公司承保被保险人在一定时期内发运之、以CIF价格条件成交之出口货物或以FOB、CFR价格条件成交之进口货物之保险单。

例句
An open policy may contain reference to any exclusion clause.
预约保险单可以援引任何除外条款。

An open policy may indicate that th e cover is subject to a franchise or excess (deductible).
预约保险单可以注明受免赔率或免赔额〔减除除额〕约束。
