改革开放以来，投资对我国经济增长的拉动作用十分明显。同时，投资波动也是决定经济周期性变化的主要原因。我国企业现阶段投资的主要问题是:重复建设严重投资过快增长,投资变化过于激烈,投资形成的生产能力在部分或者大多数行业中过剩等等。

在我国项目投资决策倍受重视的情况下，正确理解项目投资决策的含义对我国今后的经济腾飞具有十分重要的意义。项目投资是一种以特定项目为对象，直接与新建项目或更新改造项目有关的长期投资行为。项目投资按其涉及内容还可进一步细分为单纯固定资产投资和完整工业投资项目。投资项目决策是由有关部门、单位或个人等投资主体在调查、分析、论证的基础上，对个别投资项目的根本性问题作出的判断和决定。投资项目决策是一个完整的动态过程，它包括对拟建项目的必要性和可行性进行研究论证，也包括对项目投资方案的制定和选择，还包括对投资方案的评估和审批。为了保证投资项目决策的成功，在决策过程中，必须遵循一定的原则。

本文在介绍项目投资决策，通过对国内外现有的关于项目投资决策的研究进行探讨分析，分析现状项目投资决策存在的问题并提出有待深化研究的内容与方向，以期对我国新阶段项目投资的研究提供一些有益的建议。

Project investment according to its contents can be further subdivided into simple fixed assets investment and industrial investment projects. Investment project decision is made by relevant departments, units or individuals, investment main body in the investigation, analysis, argumentation on the basis of individual investment projects, the fundamental problem to make judgments and decisions. Investment project decision is a complete dynamic process, it includes the need for the proposed project and feasibility studies, is also included on the project investment plan formulation and selection, and is also included on the investment project evaluation and approval. In order to ensure the success of project investment decision, in the decision-making process, must follow certain principle.
