NO.0002、使用*TREAD‎的时候,有的时候明‎明看文件好‎好的,可是却出现‎*TREAD‎end-of-file in data read.后来仔细检‎查,发现我TX‎T的数据文‎件里,分隔是采用‎T AB键分‎隔的。

但是在最后‎一列后面,如果把鼠标‎点上去,发现数据后‎面还有一个‎空格键。

解决方法:修改单元类型为适合体网格的单元类型,如solid、shell等;使用AMESH。

关键点10只在一条线上。

不适合使用AL命令连接线。

解决方法:AL命令是用线来定义面,而选择两条线可能只有两个关键点,因为关键点10不在线上,而定义面至少有三个点,因此,需要再选一条线。

4、Element type 1 is Solid95,which can not be used with the AMES command,meshing of area 2 aborted。

这是因为不同单元类型对应不同的划分网格操作。

上面的错误是因为单元类型为Solid95(实体单元),不能用AMES命令划分面网格。

解决办法,把模型存为.cdb格式(去掉几何信息),然后再读取,就可以求解了命令:cdwrite,db,模型名,cdb听起来不错,不过也没遇到过,一般在划分后用一下NUMMRG命令,合并元素,以避免这种情况出现4、*** WARNING ***There are 79 small equation solver pivot terms.几个可能:1) 约束不够,但警告有79 个方程出现小主元,这一条可能性较小,但也不妨检查一下。

在拖拉线成面的过程中,如果想一次多拖拉几条线时应该注意,上述错误是说,拖拉对象(线)是间断的,或者与路径线有交点。也就是说,如果要想一次多拖拉几条线的话,应该保证这些线是连续的,且与路径线不相交。

建议最好用UG、PRO/E 这种软件生成实体模型然后导入到 ansys 。

1.000000e-005, minimum KPT distance 1.241535e-004. 是说布尔运算是时由于关键点间可以忽略的最小距离超过了ANSYS默认的容差,可以通过BTOL命令来改大缺省的容差,再用布尔运算,后再把容差值调回。缺省容差值为1E-5。命令格式:BTOL,容差值

May be because of a bad temperature-dependent material property used in the model.
出现这个错误很可能的原因是约束不够!
请仔细检查模型!
还没碰到过这个问题
可能:
1)ansys工作目录所在的硬盘分区满了;(可能性很大)
2)系统虚拟内存所在的硬盘分区满了;(有一定可能性)
3)硬盘有坏道。(可能性较小)
有时实际上是其它错误 (如计算不收敛等),却误报为盘空间不够,因此,需要观察计算过程中盘空间的变化,以判断是否确实是盘空间的问题。
遇到过这个问题,不过不知道解决原理是什么,当时单元划分比较多,然后我把单元减少到以前的三分之一,结果可以计算了。我的盘的剩余空间有100G,不应该是第1种原因,2G的内存,而且把虚拟内存也调整了,但是仍然不行,所以第2种可能也较小,至于3更不可能
3、开始求解后出现以下提示,

后来终于找到原因了
有限元网格里包含一些未被划分网格的线,一般来说出现在面于面之间有重合的线,导致虽然面被划分了网格,却包含未被划分网格的线。

在拖拉线成面的过程中,如果想一次多拖拉几条线时应该注意,上述错误是说,拖拉对象(线)是间断的,或者与路径线有交点。也就是说,如果要想一次多拖拉几条线的话,应该保证这些线是连续的,且与路径线不相交。
错误的可能:
1).出现了刚体位移,要增加约束
2).求解之前先merge或者压缩一下节点
3).有没有接触,如果接触定义不当,也会出现这样类似的情况
4)材料属性设置不对会出现这种情况,例如密度设置的太离谱;
我自己遇到这种情况的解决方案一般是检查没有耦合的结点;我遇到过这种情况最后发现是密度设置离谱了;
8、在ansys里划分网格时出现

ps :我用的时自动网格划分模型时有ug导入 ansys版本为8.0
直接导入的模型必须经过修理才行
把小尺寸的线段合并一下
一些无关紧要的细节去掉
然后才可以划分网格
直接划分肯定要导致很多畸变单元的出现
没遇到过,个人倾向于直接建模
也没遇到过这个问题,期望中

这句警告说明模型里有重合的点,你可以在ansys里合并keypoint
2) 材料参数有问题,可以检查一下材料数据有否输错。
3) 或者有的单元未赋于材料号。可以用 Select Entities -> Element -> Attributes -> Material Type -> 0 (材料号给以 0),看看是否有此情况
4) 结构不是一体,即存在几个独立的实体组,可以先做一下模态分析,看看有没有东西单独振动甚至飞出来。

要求轴线必须是Y轴,而且模型必须画在x轴的正半边,如果你的模型画到X的负半边就

对于稍微复杂的模型都不建议用iges格式,建议用,prt格式或者.x-t格式

没遇到,看来练习还是做少了,多上山才能遇虎

ANSYS里规定轴对称问题跟别的软件不太一样。
