金属检测操作规程1.适用范围本规程适用于加工车间超低温金枪鱼产品的金属探测以及相关的验证及纠正活动。
2.操作步骤：设备的检校、产品金属检测以及设备的清洁工作由加工操作人员负责，金属探测仪的维修调试工作由电工人员负责。
2.1设备的检校2.1.1每天工作前，用1.5mm的铁金属模块和2.5mm的非铁金属模块分别在金属探测仪输送带的不同部位进行检校，如设备有警示，则为正常；如无警示或无检测模块时亦有警示鸣叫，则表示设备有故障，应立即停机报修。
2.1.2工作开始后，每隔一个小时对设备检校一次，方法同2.1.1，如发生故障，应马上停机报修，此前一小时的产品应在金属探测仪修复后重新进行金属检测。
2.1.3每天工作结束，关闭设备前，在检校一次，方法同2.1.2。
2.1.4以上检校活动均应如实记录在《金属检测监控记录》“设备检校情况”栏中。
2.2产品金属检测2.2.1加工操作人员必须保证使每一个体产品都经过金属检测，以保证监控的连续性。
2.2.2操作过程中，如设备有警示，应立即查明原因，认真检查产品，剔除含有金属杂质的产品，作为废弃物处理。
2.2.3以上操作应如实记录在《金属检测监控记录》“产品金属检测”和“分析处理”栏中。
2.3设备故障维修及产品的处理2.3.1设备的故障维修由电工负责，维修人员应执行洗手消毒程序后，进入车间进行设备维修。
2.3.2设备故障后至修好前的所有产品应有明显醒目的标识，单独存放，不得与经过金属探测的产品混放。
2.3.3设备维修正常后，应将标识存放的产品标识撤下，依本规程2.2要求进行金属检测。
标识牌的日常保管和清洁，由加工操作人员负责。
2.4日常清洁与保养2.4.1每日工作前，应对设备进行消毒处理，工作期间每两个小时用75%的酒精对设备进行一次喷雾消毒。
2.4.2每日工作结束后，由操作人员依据《清洁操作规程（金属探测仪）》对设备进行清洁消毒，使之达到《卫生标准操作规范》要求。
2.4.3设备在运行过程中，不得随意挪动，除被检测产品外，任何无关物品均不得放于设备上。

7.3當金屬探測器因斷電或其它意外情況中斷重啟後，需重新按照上述要求進行靈敏度測試以確保其有效性。
8、異常處理程序

4.4若客戶有特殊要求時則按客戶要求執行。
5、使用注意事
5.1金屬探測器的安裝放置注意事項：
5.2將機器安裝在溫度不低于0℃及不高於40℃的場所，濕度≤75%。
5.3遠離振動源，不能與大型馬達包裝機等高頻機器共用電源。
5.4金屬探測器周圍區域內要減少機器振動及機械撞擊。
5.5檢測人員不能攜帶金屬制品,如鑰匙/手機/手表/戒指等個人物品。
5.6檢測時操作人員放置產品時動作輕巧,不能触碰感應器,防止設備產生錯誤報警。
6、操作步驟
6.1開機前操作員對檢測機進行檢查、清潔、無異常後方可開機使用。連接好電源線，打開電源開關，進入主頁，進行下一步設置。
6.2開機後操作員先對機器所有部件、靈敏度，有無異常等進行檢查。當出現異響時關閉電源，報告相關負責人進行調試維修，直至調試OK後方可繼續下一步驟。

安全操作规程——金属探测机
金属探测机安全操作规程
为了满足车间生产的需要，确保人身安全和设备安全，特对金属探测机操作做以下规定：
一、开机前的检查
1、检查设备各部件是否正常。
二、设备运转
1、接通电源，打开开关。
2、检查输送带是否跑偏。
3、根据不同产品，设定产品参数。
4、新产品第一次过金检时，先按下菜单键进入自动设定，然后将需检测产品和
试块同时放在输送带上，按启动键到自行停止即可。
5、把设定好的参数按箭头键进行产品编号（00-99）按确认键进行储存，之后
使用时，根据不容产品选择不同编号即可。
6、使用时，按下启动键，检查输送带是否跑偏，电机转动轴是否有异响。
如果
没有异常情况，将产品放在输送带上，若发现金属设备会发出蜂鸣声，输送带停止。
7、结束时，按下停止键，输送带停止运转，关闭开关，拔掉电源，对设备表面
进行擦拭清洗，需保持电器元件干燥。
三、注意事项
1、运转过程中，若电机传动轴有异响必须马上停止运转，并通知维修人员检查。

金属探测仪说明书除铁器只能除掉铁磁性金属，而非铁磁性金属和弱磁性金属（不锈钢、高锰钢、高铬钢、铝、铜等）则需要金属探测器检测并控制皮带机停车，由工人捡除或控制各种翻板、阀门使物料旁落。
对于料层较厚、粒度较大的现场，压在料层底部的金属，除铁器不可能完全除去，也需要在除铁器的后面配用金属探测器。
金属探测器按物料性质分为磁性物料用金属探测器和非磁性物料用金属探测器。
按检测灵敏度分为普通型、高灵敏型。
输送胶带接头最好为胶粘，胶带上不能有铁钉。
对于胶带接头为金属连接，且一时又不能改为胶粘现场，可加装我公司专门研制的“胶带金属接头自动识别功能系统”来解决。
对于用金属探测器直接控制皮带机停车的现场，要考虑皮带自身惯性，传感器的安装位置与皮带机头部要留有足够的停车距离。
金属探测器传感器周围不应有移动的大型金属构件，附近若有除铁器，二者的距离应大于2米。
金属探测器的电源不能取自附近的大型动力设备，应单独供电。
对于有特殊检测灵敏度要求的用户，可与我公司技术部门共同探计，研究解决。
使用范围GJT系列金属探测仪用于各种散状物料带式输送及处理系统，能准确的探测出混杂在物料中的磁性金属（铁、钢），弱磁性金属（锰钢锤头、锰铬钢球、衬板），非磁性金属（不锈钢、铜、铝）等各种金属杂物，从而有效地防止金属进人细碎机、圆锥破、中速磨、风扇磨等设备而造成损坏。
该设备既可在非磁性矿石的水泥中使用，也可用在铁矿、铝矿、金矿及铅锌矿。
GJT系列金属探测仪的安装一、数控箱安装1、数控箱的远传距离标准是5米，电缆在出厂时已经做好。
若用户有特殊要求，请在定货时声明。
