用于表示“启程”，“出发”，“离开”的动词用之后，多用佛日。如：leave set off, set out, start
在表示“朝………方向”，to 与 towards 是同义词，常可互换。 只是 towards 仅表示方向，不表示到达，而 to 不仅表示方向，还表示到达。

二词均表示“离开。from 是从某个起点离开或行为从某个起点开始， 而 off 指离开或脱离某物。

家具铰链：为什么柜门有缝铰链不好调？如何避免
昨天是元宵节，两个东莞市的家具厂老板与我同坐一室，对我大吞苦水，说：“梁生，市场上的铰链不是都是通用的吗？问那些销售铰链的销售人员都说是通用的，可是每次我们的师傅拿样品试用 链不好用，调不到。换了几次都是这样，好烦！”
又是这一个问题，我笑了一笑，叫他们不要急，这是由于市场上的铰链专业销售人员缺少专业知识，所以才不能解决你们的问题。但对于我们专业生产铰链的厂家来说这根本不是问题。是有办法 决的。 我问：“你们用的侧板是多厚？钻孔距离是多少？要调到什么样的效果？”他们一一回答了以后，我作出以下的解答： 市场上说的通用铰链，一般来说是盖十八厘板的，甚至还有的是二十厘的，只要轻松的转动调节螺丝，的确是可以盖十八厘以及十五厘的侧板的，但是如果调动太大，那么缝就会隔得很大，如果 验收标准是不能通过的，只有那些不太注重的人才会获得通过。如果你用的是二十厘的铰链却要盖十五厘的侧板，那么你是不可能得到理想的效果的，缝有几厘大，通过缝可以清楚看见柜内的东 看上去是一样的铰链，样子一样，但是盖的厚度却大有分别。所以用铰前你必需要了解铰链是盖多少的。只有十五厘的板就用十五厘的专用铰链才会有理想的效果。少了盖不到，多了就会出缝！ 但也有人问：我如果钻孔时出现误差，你只盖十五厘我不是没得调了？这就涉及到厂家设计的问题了，专业的厂家是会预留一点空间的，所以选择专业的厂家是用好铰链的前提。我还遇到过一个 板是１５厘的，以前因为市场上只有盖１８厘的铰链，他为了提高效率，以及没缝，所以设计上改变，把钻孔距离由５厘改为３厘，这也是一个可以改变安装效果的办法，（但问题是３厘的钻孔 薄，很容易会出现偶然的破裂等木板损坏现象。很多厂家都不会取用）。后来他通过朋友的介绍听说我的铰链也是好调，就也跟我说要用同样的十五厘的铰链。拿了货后，一句话说不好用，就是 的这个设计改变，本是在５厘的钻孔距离使用铰链可盖１５厘的，但现在只能盖１３厘了。变成了我的铰链不好用不能用了。 后来他就更换成我厂的专业盖１８厘的铰链产品才搞定了。（当然，他也可以把钻孔距离再改变成５厘，但一般厂家是很少改变生产工艺的，除非不得已） 消防排烟风机 http://www.shhuihongfj.com/ 消防排烟风机
