But because our high-end tourism is just in the initial stage, the high-end tourism still has some problems,such as the product system needed to be more richer , related policies and regulations about high-end tourism is not so perfect by now,and the market is not standardized, publicity and promotion plus commercials is inadequate until now , the software facilities needed to be improved, what's more, professional talented is lacked of , and the specialized marketing class is not on a high level,the last but not the least, the government, associations and corporations do not define their responsibilities and functions clearly.
