写英文的电子邮件时,有哪些常用的句型?和国外客户邮件沟通是外贸人员最基本也是用到最多的技能,邮件发来发去写不出新意?这里有用在英文邮件的的经典英文表达,堪称神句。
工作内容篇1. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.工作中总不乏要出各种失误和错误。
但是不建议跟客户“直截了当”地道歉(在日企/日本人客户除外),比如’I apologize for … ‘ 或者’It is my mistake that… ‘。
这是因为你一旦如此明显的道歉,那么如果出了问题就是你的责任,就是你公司的责任。
尤其对于从事咨询行业的你来说,这一点是比较致命的。
所以如果你出了小差错(比如发错邮件、搞错时间地点、文件里有地方写错等等),那么最好的方式就是再发一个邮件加以纠正,结尾加上 ‘Sorry for any inconvenience caused’. 这样既得体,又避免了直接把所有责任都揽到你身上。
但是,如果是一项重大失误,那么这句客套话的份量就不够了。
这时候最妥当的方式是和你的上级商量补救方式以及如何回复对方,而不是忙不迭的跟对方说“my sincere apology…’。
Again,这是涉及到责任归属问题,除非责任明确属于你或者你公司,否则不要直截了当的道歉。
有时候,如果你觉得给别人发邮件要求别人做什么事情是在麻烦对方,也可以加上这句话。
但是,如果是同事之间,下属和老板之间,出了错就要大方承认,没必要使用这句客套话。
