If the sales and purchase contract can’t be fulfilled due to breach liability of Party A or Party B, the default party shall pay the payable expenses to Party C according to the stipulations of Article 8 of this contract, and the expenses payable by observant party should also be beared by the default party, meanwhile above mentioned expenses shall be paid by the default party within three days after got the written notice of Party C. Furthermore, The occurred intermediary service fee and expenses arised from loan of observant aparty should also be beared by the default party.10.
