提到梦想，会让人不由得想到儿时的纯真年代，那时候，每个小男孩的梦想都是用手中的玩具去维护世界和平，后来，却为了保卫自己心爱的卡片，身不由己的去对阵高年级的坏学长们，在战斗中一次次顺理成章的倒下后，不得不重新定义自己梦想的宽度，“是不是在维护世界和平之前，先立志成为一名人民警察呢？”最终，在我慎重考虑之后决定在这张梦想计划书上签上了“同意”。
长大后，梦想变的复杂了，总觉得放弃“维护世界和平”这件事情是成熟的表现，也难怪，当时看着电视上美帝国主义在伊拉克跟万恶的独裁者萨达姆总统激战正酣时，我还在夹着体温表看自己是不是得了非典；当汶川发生大地震，灾区人民正处在水深火热当中时，我却必须坐在压抑的教室里，脑袋上还要被迫写上“决战高考”，梦想总是遥不可及时啊，久而久之，便成了一种调侃。
时间就是这样，拖着我们在兵荒马乱中跑了好多路，也没给一个喘息的机会去想一想为什么走这么远，以至于现在回想起来都忘记了当初为什么出发了。
11年，我为了梦想，参加了公考，开始了一段“私人定制”的旅程。
我如愿的踏上公安工作岗位，成为了一名人民警察，向小时候的梦想迈出了坚实的一步，真正工作之后，才发现不是骑白马的真的不都是王子，警察也不都是邦德。

大家好，我叫徐赛丽，来自民管1031班，很高兴第一个上来演讲，今天我为大家演讲的题目是《我有一个梦想》。
每个人都有自己一个难忘的童年，相信动画片是陪伴大家走过童年的一大色彩，但是我和大家不一样，我是看着警匪片长大的！别看我这么小小的个子，我特别憧憬，也特别羡慕那些英姿飒爽的刑警们，那一身威武的警服，那一个个挺拔的身姿，无不在我年幼的岁月里留下难以忘怀的记忆.....
印象中看的第一部警匪片是《反黑先锋》，时隔多年，已忘了很多里面的情节，但是每一次在出警的时候那群刑警们摆出的那一个pose深深地印在心里.....也正是受了这部电视剧的影响，我告诉自己，长大后我也要当一名警察，不畏强暴，为这个社会除暴安良！从此以后，这个梦想就在我的心里扎根，不曾改变过.......
为了实现自己当警察的梦想，曾为它努力过，付出过，我觉得当一名警察，首先要有的就是一个良好的体魄，而跑步就是我们锻炼的一个很好的方式，于是我坚持每天跑步，一直很单纯的以为，付出真的会有收获，但是当我一点一点的长大，我却发现这个梦想也在一点一点的离我远去，忘了自己有多少次偷偷的一个人哭泣......
但是民院给了我一个实现梦想的机会，至少是它给我了一个去走进这样一群类似军人的集体，那就是民院的护校队！踏进民院的校门，当个个组织的宣传铺天盖地的袭来的时候，我义无反顾的选择了护校队。
身边的同学都觉得不可思议，他们都说，就你，这么小的个子还参加护校队？你肯定不能坚持的？我只是笑笑，因为我觉得说的再多，都不如做的好，为了自己心中的梦想，为了那一身美丽的迷彩和制服，无论如何我都会坚持下去！
每天早上天还没亮，风雨足球场上已经有我们这群人的跑步声，“一，二，一......”我们嘹亮的口号久久的回响在民院的上空！很多人都说那是一群疯子，来大学就是玩的嘛，他们怎么还自己找罪受，每天这么早起床，这么辛苦的训练，有时候甚至是一点休息的时间都没有，还弄的自己这么累，每天操场10圈，每周五大环校，冲学院的那些陡坡，弄得经常全身痛；女孩子不像个女孩子，每天很男生一样做俯卧撑，男孩子更是悲惨，拳面做的整个手都烂了....但是我们只能说，我们痛并快乐着，我们体会这样一群为梦想而奋斗的激情，我们享受在民院的操场上追逐的身影，我们追求那种迎风奔跑的快感，我们收获着难以割舍的战友情！我们经常说，我们就是民院的兵，我们守护着民院的安宁..........不在这样一个组织里，无法体会到我们的那种感受，更重要的是，在这里，我无限的接近了心中以为永远都无法再实现的梦想.......
如今，看着队友脱下校服换上那身迷彩的时候，我哭了，那是喜极而泣的泪。
我并不后悔，狠狠的拭去自己眼角的泪，我告诉我自己，该知足了，虽然这里的记忆已成过往，梦想也彻底的远去了，但是我收获了很多美好的东西，我曾经无限的接近了自己扎根于心底的那个梦想，我努力过了，我奋斗过了，我无悔！

篇三：我是一名人民警察演讲稿
在座的各位领导、各位嘉宾们：
大家好！
我今天演讲的题目是“我是一名人民警察”。
小时候我有很多理想，当一名人民警察也是其中一个梦想，那时吸引我的是警察那身帅气的制服，还有就那首“少年壮志不言愁”的旋律唤起我要成为一名人民警察的热情。
现在站在大家面前的我，正身穿着的这身曾让我向往的警服。
是的，我梦想成真了，已经成为一名正真的人民警察了。
但这身笔挺的警服带给我的并
……
们想尽办法进去的一霎那，煤气爆炸了，巨大的火球瞬间将两位民警吞噬了，身上的警服瞬间被烧成支离破碎的布片。
但就是这样，他们第一所想的仍是救人，于是就有了这样一张照片，一个匆忙奔跑的警察背影，警服几乎全被烧光，身上布满了烧伤的痕迹。
据周围目击群众描述，这位警察不顾自己的伤势，却高喊着“快去救人！快去救人！”。
从此这幅让人震撼的照片定格在我的脑海中，作为一名人民警察，就是要在人民群众生命安全受到威胁时挺身而出，即便是献出生命也在所不惜。
事后，我一直关注这件事的连续报导，感受这两名人民警察所带给我的榜样力量，尤其其中一名伤势较重的年轻警察在送往医院的途中，关心的还是居民有没有被救出来？是否被烧伤了？这是人民警察的职责让这位严重烧伤的民警发自内心的关切，我真的被深深感动了！
我不知道自己面对这样的情况会怎么处理，但我作为一名人民警察，我的职责就是要为人民服务，尤其当人民群众无法安居乐业，生命财产受到威胁时，更要忠于自己的职责，恪尽职守、无私奉献，勇于面对危险，不畏艰险，甚至是付出宝贵的生命。
因为我是一名人民警察。
一年前的汶川大地震给多少人带来了深重的灾难，可灾难中的人民警察，一个个普普通通的民警，用自己的实际行动诠释了“人民警察”的正真含义。
虽然灾难是记忆犹新的，可人民警察的丰功伟绩更是值得我们永远铭记的，这一个个无法磨灭的名字让全国人民记住了这就是人民警察，是我深深为此自豪的人民警察。
