【投诉信写作思路】
1.第一段:
介绍自己,说明写作目的:投诉。
2.第二段:
说明投诉问题、后果,并提出合理建议。
3.第三段:
希望给予考虑,并期待对方尽快回复。
【范例】
假定你是李华,十天前你从网上订购了一套HarryPotter,昨天才到货,且包装破损,数量不足,请就此向网店客服写邮件投诉。
要点如下:
1.介绍购物情况;
2.反映存在问题;
3.提出解决方案。
注意:
1.词数100左右;
2.可以适当增加细节,以使行文连贯。
