其中职业素质类又分为领导管理类、团队建设类、项目管理类、个人发展类、沟通类等；岗位技能类又分为战略规划类、人力资源类、市场营销类、研发管理类、质量管理类、生产管理类、采购管理类、财务管理类、行政管理类等；IT类主要分为业务信息系统类与IT技能类；语言类主要包括指国家语言（英语、日语、汉语）及地方方言（粤语、闽南话）等；其他专题类主要指ISO知识、WTO知识、法律知识及安全防范知识等。
