摘要

随着经济的发展，我国企业作为经济建设的主力军，其作用愈发的重要，生存于社会主义市场经济体制下的国内企业已经担当起了国家经济建设助力的角色。而这些企业的筹资行为在企业飞速扩张的大环境下已经日渐关乎企业正常运行的持续与否，更是和企业长期化平稳发展休戚相关，因此对筹资问题持续报以关注的企业管理者也是与日俱增，他们的关注焦点也放在了企业所筹集资金的来源和筹措的方式上面。加之近些年我国“引进来”和“走出去”步伐的加快，国内的各行各业的竞争压力越来越大，家电企业自然也是如此，在变幻莫测的市场行情中，家电企业应对可能会对筹资方式和资金来源产生主要干扰的因素加以重点分析，并以此采取相应的遴选对策，促使企业不断发展，成为行业的领先者。

基于此，本文以国内家电企业的领导品牌——格力集团作为典型的案利，着重剖析了该企业进行筹资活动的相关方式及其资金来源。具体来说，首先对筹资方式、筹资渠道的相关理论进行归纳，为论文的写作奠定理论基础，然后具体分析格力集团的筹资方式和筹资渠道，以发掘格力集团在筹资过程中存在的问题，最后结合格力集团的实际情况以及当前国内家电行业的现状提出针对性的优化建议，以完善格力集团的筹资方式及筹资渠道，为解决企业资金问题提供参考建议。

ABSTRACT

Since the reform and opening up in 1978, Chinese enterprises have become the force of economic construction in the environment of market economy. With the rapid development of China's enterprises, enterprise financing activities as the lifeline of the production and business activities, is directly related to the enterprise's survival and

long-term development, more and more managers will focus on the financing problem, namely the enterprise financing channels and financing options. And in recent years China's "bringing in" and "going out" to speed up the pace, the pressure of competition is more and more big domestic industries, household electrical appliance enterprises as well as in the market, change unpredictably, to analysis on the main factors influencing the financing channels and financing options is bound to the household electrical appliance enterprises, and then make a selection of the best strategy that prompted the development of the enterprise, become the industry leader.

Based on this, this paper takes GREE group, the leading brand of domestic appliance enterprises as a typical case, and makes a detailed analysis of the way of financing and financing channels for the company. Specifically, first, relevant theories of financing, financing channels are summarized, which lays the theoretical foundation for the writing of this thesis, and then specifically for GREE group financing and the financing channels of detailed analysis, existing in the financing process based on the excavation of the GREE group, GREE group, based on the actual situation and the current situation of domestic the home appliance industry puts forward the optimization recommendations, in order to improve the GREE group financing mode and financing channels, to provide suggestions for solving the problems of enterprise funds.
