Abstract:Packerof thisstudyiswidelyusedinoil andgaswellsoperatingadownhole tool,its role is torealizethe depth directionin the wellstratifiedoperation.Slipson thepackerpackersupportaftertheplay,locktheroleofrubbertube,theperformancehas adirectimpactonoilproductionandproductionsafety.With thedeepening exploitationof oiland gas fields, stratigraphicsituation morecomplex, layered work more and morecommon, theuse of packer demandmoreandmore, packer system failuresituations have occurred, causing damage to production .

本文研究的封隔器是油气井作业中使用广泛的一种井下工具，其作用是在油井深度方向实现分层作业。封隔器上的卡瓦锚定后起到支撑封隔器、锁定胶皮筒的作用，其性能的好坏直接影响到油井的产量和生产安全。随着油气田开采的深入，地层情况越来越复杂，分层作业越来越普遍，对封隔器的使用要求也越来越高，封隔器系统失效的情况时有发生，给生产造成损失。
本文概述了油田常用的封隔器的类型、参数、命名及其工作原理；讨论了目前封隔器所用的胶筒的发展现状；分析了卡瓦对套管的损坏机理，讨论了卡瓦齿形对其受力的影响及对套管损坏的影响；分析了Y241-114封隔器的工作原理以及结构特征并对各重要零部件进行强度校核，进而完成对Y241-114封隔器的设计，得出结论。

所谓封隔器，是指具有弹性密封元件，并藉此封隔环空、隔绝气层，以控制产(注)液,保护套管的井下工具。随着石油工业的兴起和发展，伴随着封隔器的问世和演变。据记载，世界上最早使用的封隔器是美国“种子袋”封隔器，由早期的油田经营商拉夫纳兄弟等人开始使用。1861年，经木质的表层导管下入的早期油管柱就带有这种封隔器。1865年，世界上第一次使用小尺寸的套管，其底端所接的也是这种封隔器。
This article outlines the common oilfield packer type, parameters, nameand the working principle;discussthecurrent packer conesused in thedevelopment of the status quo,of the slip of the casingof failure mechanism,gear slips discussed.The influence of itsshape and the influence of casingdamage of the Y241-114 packer works and structuralcharacteristics and strength check of all majorcomponents,and thencomplete the Y241-114 packer Design, draw a conclusion.
Y241-114型封隔器主要用于分层注水中，该型封隔器中设计的内锁紧机构，实现了机构的重复坐封，提高了承压能力，采用的单向卡瓦结构，对注水工艺管柱进行扶正和锚定，提高了传统的无卡瓦封隔器的承压能力与解封力。同时还采用新型胶筒材料，能使密封元件更好耐高温、高压。因此该封隔器具有承压能力高，使用寿命长，密封效果好，能够满足高压分注工艺要求。

Y241-114 packer is mainly used in water injection. It has the locking mechanism, and makes the realization of the repeated closures. It can bears high pressure. The packer using a one-way slip structure makes the water injection string centralized and anchored, and it also enhances the traditional non-slip packer capacity and the pressure of being lifted. The packer also adoptes the new rubber material to seal better under high pressure and high temperature. So it can be bears high-pressure, and has long service life, seals effectly, and met the high-pressure injection.
