1 START UP OF SHATOMIZER

1 喷雾器启动

1.1 INSTALLATION COLD STATE / FIRST START UP:

1.1冷状态安装/首次启动

1) Place shatomizer in wait position placed closest to the shaft

将喷雾器放置在离传动轴最近的地方

2) Cover in hoist. 置于起重机下方

3) Connect couplings on shatomizer in following order: 按以下顺序联接各部件

- Connect steel lifting cable 联接起吊钢丝绳

- Power plug 电源电缆插头

- Control plug 控制电缆插头

- Cooling water in 冷却水进水

- Cooling water out 冷却水回水

- Lime milk / and water 石灰乳/和水

- Sealing air 密封空气

- Removal of closing coupling oil lubrication and place on the holder

Provided 卸除油润滑装置隔离联接器，放在底座上

- Installation of oil lubrication coupling 安装油润滑装置联接器。

4) Remove closing cover on the shaft. 移除传动轴的隔离罩

5) Place shatomizer in shaft 将喷雾器置于传动轴上

6) Connect all couplings on cover in the same order as described above,

with the exception of the steel cable. 同样按照以上顺序联接除钢帘线以外

的盖罩的所有部件。

7) reset Vibro Check in electrical cabinet 在电气柜中复位震动仪。

8) Place switch electrical cabinet to manual 将电气柜开关设置为手动

9) Give release cooling air fan 打开空气冷却扇

10) Place switch electrical cabinet on local auto 将电气柜开关设置为本地自动

11) Give release PU 释放PU

-If the temperature of the primary water is less than 28°C, the

heating starts to operate Switching operation ON – 28°C – 32°C –OFF

如果初始水温低于28°C,加运行热开始

-When the temperature of the bearings has reached 20°C, the

compressed air valve of the lubrication unit opens, this is protected via

the program. Further operations are not possible until this temperature

has been reached.如果轴承的温度达到20°C，润滑单元气压阀启
