教师公寓文明公约

为推动公寓精神文明建设，营造“安全、文明、健康、温馨”的生活环境，为学生树立榜样，特制定如下文明公约：

1、遵守国家法律法规，遵守学校各项规章制度，服从公寓管理员管理；

2、积极上进，禁止传播不健康思想、不科学言论，不在公寓内进行低级庸俗的娱乐活动，不进行影响他人休息和学习的活动；

3、邻里之间互相关心，和睦相处，不争执吵闹；

4、注意安全，防火防盗，不使用大功率电器，不私接电源，不在公共区域抽烟；

5、禁止在公寓内饲养狗、猫等可能影响环境和他人安全的宠物；

6、爱护公寓设施、不乱刻乱画乱写乱张贴、不在公共区域随意摆放物品，公寓内公共设施出现问题应及时向公寓管理员登记报修；

7、讲究公共卫生，保持公寓清洁、整洁，不乱泼、乱倒、乱吐、乱抛、乱堆；及时将生活垃圾送到楼下垃圾桶；

8、教育家属注意文明礼仪，不随意进入教学区；自行车、摩托车、小车应按照学校指定线路行驶，在规定位置停放。

9、家属、亲友临时进校园，员工应亲自到门房迎接；长期住宿的家属或亲友要按照学校规定办理出门卡。

Apartment Protocols

To have a safe, civilized, healthy and comfortable environment, we hereby make the following stipulations.

1. Apartment tenants must obey national laws and school rules.

2. Profane language and loud entertainment are not allowed in the apartment.

3. Apartment tenants should respect other tenants.

4. Be concerned about security and fire prevention. Don not use large electrical equipment.

5. No smoking in the public area.

6. Pets that pose a thre at to the environment or other’s safety are forbidden in the apartment, such as dogs or cats.

7. Please take good care of the facilities. No scribbling or posters on the walls. Don not put your personal stuff in the public area. Please report to the apartment manager of any damage or malfunctions noticed.

8. Please keep the apartment and hallway clean and tidy. No littering or spitting. Please throw the garbage in the bin downstairs.

9. Staff family members can not go to the teaching area at will. Bicycles, motorcycles or cars should park in the designated areas.

10. Staff should meet visitors at the Security Office and lead them into the campus. Staff and family members who live in the school apartment will be given a pass card for entry into the campus.
