I.4 Pallet Specification – Special Pallet [Format / Quality] [1]
• Special Pallet ( 1180 x 980 x 130 mm)
Notice Height of pallet 130 mm (Paper board 20 mm + pallet foot 110 mm) (Honeycomb board 30 mm + pallet foot 100 mm)
Cargo weight <= 600 kg Honeycomb 250/140/250/140/250 CB/Flute(3 Layers of double corrugated walls).Same material Board for Pallet foot. Cargo weight >600 kg and <= 1,000 kg Honeycomb board must be used. Pallet foot must be well glued. * If height of pallet is less than 1140 mm. Please consider the bottom pallet has to bear the weight of another one on top of it. (1+1)

II. Shipping mark& Pallet Plan[1]
Shipping mark: Stick on the cover in the left upper side. Make it clear for scanning at the destination’s warehouse. Each face of pallet need to be sticked. Pallet Plan: Explain how the inner cartons are displayed on each layer of pallet. The objective is to share with vendor how to build pallet & bring convenience to cargo’s reception at destination.

I.5 Wrong Structure Below structure is unacceptable. The Manual and Electronic truck can’t move this kind of pallet.

Three long bands are added to reinforce the structure. It is to be used for those inner cartons whose dimension are very small. We’ll give you our instruction when it’s necessary.
