其一，学习时间内心平气和，“静而后能安，安而后能虑，虑而后能得”，在翻开学习资料的同时，排除一切杂念，专心致志地思考。
其二，学会正确安排时间，高一高二应当文理相间，先课内后课外，先作业后练习。
高三我采取集中复习法，每天两门，每周完成两轮大循环，自我感觉效果不错。
三点一线总是很单调的，尤其对于高三学生，每日面对高强度的练习及记忆总不免会有几分害怕。
这时候，“坚持” 尤为重要，我高中时习惯写日记，高三更是每天必记，现在翻看，确有触目惊心之感。
