• Your aim is what you want to happen as a result of the presentation
People’s personalities can be broken down into the following 4 types
Assertive (武断的)
Formal
Directive Emotive
• It is up to the presenter to check that the message has been received, understood and interpreted correctly
• Egocentric Communication often fails to deliver the intended message
Decodes(解码) the message
what the receiver thinks the presenter says… what the presenter thinks receiver says…
There is a total 6 chance for a communication breakdown.
