What is a binder 什么是基料 ?
A binder is a fluid or a solution that forms a film during drying or curing 基料的定义: 一种液态的或溶液, 经过施工干燥和固化能成漆膜的物质.
Drying/curing takes place by干燥和固化的发生是由:
